I was at the Chicago show too (front row center, noice). Howard was my fave. The power stance he goes into when he names his songs is incredible. Brody seemed a little bit off since his foot was just broken, but he was still hilarious. He asked me if I knew his foot was broken and I said "I can see that" and he said I was being a smartass. I wasn't being a smartass, I just didn't know how else to answer!! Watching him dance around was so goddamn funny, and even the jokes I've heard him tell 50 times were still funny.

I saw Howard on tour on Monday, and he said to lay off on Armen while he's gone. Also, Howard's stand up is hilarious. At one point he was singing the melody of the gifts theme and then stopped and said "This must be confusing to people who don't know the podcast"

One time a live comedy bang bang in Chicago I think Kevin Dorff sat in front of me. He may or may not been with an asian ladyfriend.

So within a span of like 3 months. Adam gets to see U2 play to a crowd of like 100 people. Then gets to meet Bonos daughters and meet Bono at an awards show party. Then he gets to meet the president? I'm not sure if this isn't U Talking (third eye blind) 2 Me, since Adam is leading a Semi Charmed Life!

I got all sweaty listening to this episode for some reason. I suppose I was at the gym at the time, but I like to think that that didn't factor in.

Liked the slam on fEARl . for those who don't remember, engineer dustin was an engineer at Earwolf for some time before leaving and starting competing podcast network feral audio. I'm not saying it was a complete betrayal, but he did admit to cutting cocaine on plastic cd cases and snorting it off of them in high school on a long ago episode of two charted.

I would pay 20 dollars a month to hear these three fuck around for 2 hours a week. For real. Please make it happen

I've listened to every ep of this podcast. I have heard U2 on the radio over the many years, but never listened to any albums. I tried listening to Atchung Baby to like get into it more, but man, it's just so bland. I think maybe its an age thing. Does anyone under 30 here legitimately like U2 (I'm 28)?

MUUUSICAL GUEST I LOOOOVED how Adomian bailed on whatever they had talked about prior to the show (him being a musician) so that he could be of all things, George Zimmer. I laughed to tears at just the introduction.

When Scott said "musical guest" I immediately hoped Scott would do the voice. Also hoped for an Ellen Cleghorne, but one can only ask for so much.

I was feeling a little bit of George St. Geegland in Gourleys character, which is not to say that's a bad thing. Was hoping he'd try to get everyone up for a bit of c'caine

Dalton Wilcox has murdered quite a few people for suspicion of being a gawd damn city slickin' vampire. Wouldn't really call him good. Also the insane nurse (from the first gilly episode) should be on team evil. Pretty sure he killed those patients too.

I hate to be that guy but this episode really upset me. We got a good idea of when they started recording the podcast (Hollywood Afternoons), but Scott didn't mention ANYTHING ABOUT THE WEATHER!!! How am I supposed to enjoy a show when I don't know what the weather is like on the particular day it was recorded? Hopefully we'll get a Thursday show that CLEARLY STATES WHAT THE WEATHER IS LIKE, to rectify the situation.
