Muse is probably my favorite comedy band.
-
Great focus on these bits, team! 20 style points for everyone. Unfortunately, we'll be deducting a few points for saying Juggalos drink Fanta (they like Faygo).
-
This episode was like a diamond mine of sparkly comedic gems! Howard's assessment of what drives humans to minor chords was amazing.

Summer Pageantry is now my favorite two word combination.

Oh man! I forgot all about this until you mentioned it. I remember my parents turning it off because they thought it was getting too scary. Another one that scared me as a kid was the haunted cave episode of Punky Brewster. Great episode this week, gang!

J Lo has a new fragrance called "Glowing" that just came out this summah.

Just file into my Columbohole. -
"I gotta hand it to ya, Besser, you're one funny dude." - Jesus, probably

Ku, please do your frat boy d-bag voice more often. It sounds like my brother-in-law, who happens to be a generally horrible person. Your take on that kind of dude is very gratifying for me.

Gethard killed. If anyone ever doubts the power of improv, just point them in the direction of this episode. One of my personal favs. -
Howard gets ultra-hilarious when his ideas are countered by a Straight Man type, who, oddly, is played by Brett Gelman in this episode. Anyone want to get a little bus group together to go tour Howard's Theme Cookery?

Scott is really good at sexual harassment.
-
This episode was worth listening to solely for Kulap's brief description of Grace Jones + Dolph Lundgren's sexual activity.
-
"I'm glad you're here in my science office."
-
Chelsea's "No Thank You" character is the best. I admire her tasteful discretion in only offering one scenario. What a pro! This episode was so much goddamn fun!
-
I saw Nick Thune for the first time live at Bonnaroo this year. He had a pretty good set but you could tell that the heat (and I guess the hippies?) were starting to get to him.
-
Kindler killed. Loved his play-by-play self analysis.

David should squeegee up a shirt that says, "Professor Blastoff: Just like having real friends."

Very likely. As newcomers enter into the world of CBB and begin to figure out the show, I'm reminded of the first few episodes I listened to and why I love this podcast so much. Veteran listeners sometimes forget what it's like to spend a significant part of each show getting a feel for the pace and format of CBB, or learning the nuances of unfamiliar characters. After a few listens, you begin to feel more a part of the club.

Episode 32 — Michael Cock Duncan

I was worried that the Hank Jr. bit was going to be a dud, what with that long stretch of dead air and all, but it ended up being my favorite part of the show. I was laughing so hard I lost control of my steering for a moment. When I tried to correct course, I noticed that my car felt a little floaty. Turns out two of my tires were dangerously under-inflated. So I owe you all a heartfelt "Thanks!" This podcast helped save me gas mileage and quite possibly my life. "improv4humans saves gas and lives" -
I had goosebumps everywhere when the whole gang came together in harmony during the sing-a-long. EVERYWHERE, you guys.

Fuck Cheetos. Next time a guest is hungry, give them summah gum.
-
Great episode! All of the characters were "on." I'm fighting the urge to post a ton of my favorite one-liners.

Aw naw you ditn't, Ku. Naw. You. DITN'T.

Episode 29 — No Joking Around!

Listening to this in the office I screamed, "It's Veronica!" which will probably lead to some juicy water cooler talk about Yours Truly. Excellent episode!
