Thank you for the "Fuck you Chuck Woolery." That guy is the absolute worst. -

During the Fear clip, that is Ian Mackaye of Minor Threat and Fugazi along with other bands yelling "New York Sucks!!!" In John Joseph's (singer of the Cro-Mags) autobiography "The Evolution of a Cro-Magnon" he goes into great detail about being at that taping -
Yes, and they are the same people who thought Brett Gelman was actually banned from Comedy Death-Ray/Comedy Bang Bang

I watched this after the mini-episode also, and during 99% of this "horror" movie I was thinking this is the dumbest and least scary movie I have ever watched, but that final scene was really upsetting, especially with the noise Angela was making. I will admit to having trouble sleeping after that.

When I watched this movie, all I could think about was how much she looked like a young Sarah Silverman, which gives a whole new context to the parts of her book that talk about going away to camp.

I'll second that

People who whine about people whining are pretty obnoxious Gore was a creep, the complaints against him are valid.

My understanding of the new Spiderman reboot is that it was made simply so that Sony could maintain the rights to the Spiderman franchise since Disney bought Marvel. Spiderman 3 is a steaming crap-fest, and i look forward to this episode, but I also image the new one could certainly be a contender. And for the awards show, Action scene completely devoid of action goes to Speed 2; the underwater wheel turning scene.

Did anyone else notice the Independence Day Alien toy on top of the computer when they broadcast out of Madison Square Garden?

My favorite moment may be Jean Reno's Elvis impression. Or the "fat slob" scientist who sneezes all over his hands right before going in for a hand shake. Comedy gold.

Morrissey just announced his retirement, I believe Mott Scaukerman is to blame!

Am I supposed to believe that its a coincidence that there is talk of the apicklelypse on the one year anniversary of when Harold Camping said the world would end. Perhaps Chief Queef knows something we don't.

The joke that Rachael was referencing about plastic surgery is Dana Gould, not Paul F. Tompkins. Also I saw this little gem today.

Episode 7 — Battleship Strap-On

Sorry for your loss Besser, but I am grateful you decided to talk about it on this episode. Mid to late November is the anniversary of when my mother passed, so the time around Thanksgiving is always a rather shitty time, but thanks to podcasts like this one and the others on Earwolf, this Thanksgiving and holidays were much easier. -
@ Elliot Young Widows is amazing! They are so great live. A top 5 seems too difficult to come up with so for my 2 cents I'll just suggest "Skull Eyes" by True Widow... I get the repetitive Widow theme. http://youtu.be/WxuWBNVTxMQ
