robbiegoodwin replied to JulyDiaz's topic in U Talkin' Talking Heads 2 My Talking Head
Unless someone else talked to Todd I might be that crazy fan who talked to him after the show about this a few weeks ago. Im so happy it happened, and so quickly. This was hilarious and awesome and amazing. UTU2TM for podcast of the Willenium -
Episode 31 — Dave Thomas, Our Close Friend

Is it wrong that I kind of agree with their ironic take on Donald Sterling? -
Episode 8 — Pop

Agreed, this was by far the best episode of 2 Bros Talkin' Bout 2 yet. I also like how all the bits from ep 1 are back (calling each other Scott, I Love Films) bc its the first ep since theyve gotten feedback on what The People love. That being said you cant count out the U2 discussion as a great, if not integral, part of the Podcast! You just can't! -
Episode 4 — Rattle and Hum

Honestly cant say enough how much I love this podcast. Bits + U2 talk is a recipe for "oh man!!!!!" ! -
Episode 3 — The Joshua Tree
robbiegoodwin replied to JulyDiaz's topic in U Talkin' Talking Heads 2 My Talking Head
More like Hater Wittels! It was kinda hilarious that he finally got to throw Analyze Phish back at Scott a little bit. BTW This podcast is the greatest. The fact that I can hear a bad joke as amazing as "from boy to boots; get on them that is" and also hear talk about the Joshua tree b-sides (which are as good as advertised) is dope -

If Mall McCartney makes the top seven I will be so happy -
Episode 262 — 2013 Holiday Spectacular

anyone else noticed PFT's alan thicke bears a striking similarity to Will Ferrell's Robert Goulet? -
I feel like DAG is holding back a bit on the CBB. I love hearing him go crazy on The Champs and back when he was on Loveline
-
only prob w this ep was the sweet tease of my fav charac (character, i shortened it to save time) Bill Cosby Bukowski. Here's hoping Daly can fight the backlash and get that charac back on the airwaves!

The ironic Borat / Gilly catchphrases were already crazy (as Bill Hader said they're based on other comedians) but the "having a laugh" is especially ridiculous because Scott is ironically quoting the ironic catchphrase of a fictional character in a show created by a fictional character in a show created by Comedian Ricky Gervais

Episode 23 — Kevin Pollak's Chat Show Sizzle Reel
robbiegoodwin replied to admin's topic in Earwolf Presents
man you can just feel the Sizz! -
Loved the ep, early contender for best of 2023. Though I feel like Scott-o-bot gets a bit more nervous or ADD when the cameras are around

welcome to comedy bang bang -
they tip-toed around borat a couple times, if I recall that was the third movie Scott Jeffries had seen
-
was that a non-ironic 'BRO!" from Scott at 58:10? also I very much enjoyed this episode. have adam back!
-
the wordplay in this episode is ridiculous. is this a record? in a just world the oh hello eps would be more popular than the farts and pros
-
this is the best episode of anything ever
-
also weeks late to this but....cake boss?

Perhaps we can introduce Andy Samberg's Nic Cage to Bob Cage?
-
And, to be fare to Pally breaking out of character, Samberg did frequently sell him out (addressing Happy Endings, PayPally, etc.) sorry im bein' such a nerd but I already listened to this episode twice I loved it so much

Y'all be trippin. This episode crackled, serious chemistry between these three guys together. I wish there were some sort of circumstance where they could all three do a podcast together, because they were all really good at making fun of each other, going in and out of bits, and havin' an all around lovable bromance (though it was obvious scott was trying ever so slightly to impress andy) I think the only reason Adam went out of character is because he started to become very engaged in the conversation as Adam, not as Bro. Pally is a serious asset as the guy who good naturedly tries to destroy CBB conventions from the inside (he did about the same during the Christmas episode). If it werent for last week I'd call this one best of 2012 so far
