Everything on Earwolf and Wolfpop will continue to come out for free each week and will still be available in all the same places. The most recent 6 months of eps as well. It's just all the new Howl shows and the older episodes that will be on the app/howl.fm only.

Currently you can leave comments on episodes in the browser version, and it looks like eventually in the app. But I am not certain the comments will ever be set up the way they are here. But if you guys would like, I can make a Howl section here if you guys want to talk about the new stuff in the format you are familiar with.

That's a weird thing that we are trying to get to display correctly. If you entered a promo code, your 30 day trial will begin as soon as your default 7 day trial is over. So you'll get 37 days before you have to pay.

Scott said in his thread that due to Analyze Phish and UTU2TM having so few, and infrequent eps, that he asked that those shows remain entirely free. So Harris will still be with you!

The plan is for each night when the new episode posts, to move one episode back. But as Scott just said, there are talks of doing special things like re-releasing an archived ep if there is a new episode that is a sequel or something.

Per Scott earlier in the thread, he asked that UTU2TM and Analyze Phish will remain entirely free and not go behind the paywall

As far as I know, all the shows that are still Earwolf shows (so for ex. not Totally Laime) will be on Howl. We are still working on the whole archive thing, so everything will still be around and free for at least a few more days

Thank you everyone for posting concerns and suggestions for how we can improve on Howl. I am taking meticulous notes of everything you have to say. Change is hard. And can be kind of a long process. We are doing our absolute best to work out bugs and make the whole Howl experience easier and the best it can be. Keep the suggestions coming, I truly care very deeply about what everyone has to say. I have been a huge Earwolf fan from the beginning, and I am on your side.

Hopefully this will clarify a bit. All Earwolf and Wolfpop shows that are currently free will continue to come out each week and be hosted exactly where they are. New episodes as well as episodes from the last 6 months will remain free and will still have ads in them. Soon, all of the episodes older than 6 months will have their ads removed, and be available only through a Howl premium subscription.

Pretty much this! My one rule has always been basically no personal attacks against hosts, guests, or other posters. You can cuss and argue and do whatever you want, but if name calling starts you will lose posting privileges for 2 weeks, Thankfully, in my 3 years moderating here I've only had to do this a handful of times. It was so hilarious to me that they kept referring to each other as Edge and Bono. I know that's been their names for so long but I assumed that childhood friends would call each other David and Paul. Also, all of their accents are so lovely
