This was an AMAZING episode. My favorite exchange... BDT: "This is the most uncomfortable conversation I have ever ha...." (before he can even finish) Elizabeth: "Did it ever get snagged on anything?"

I thought it was the exact opposite. It was nice of him, instead of just ignoring those SUPER long posts, to explain that while the debate could go on forever for anyone who wants to, his part of it is over.

I am really confused by those of you attacking Matt for not wanting to continute the debate. He made it clear before, with the name of the segment and the explanation of it (and in his post on here about 'the spirit of the show and segment'). He doesn't want endless debates with his schedule as a creator, husband and father. As such, he invited the debate, some couldn't be there for it. He had the debate. The debate closed. The ML segment ended and we all move on now. It has nothing to do with his trying to only have his side heard, but to just keep the process moving. You had the chance to come on, you couldn't do it (not your fault) and the world moves on.

It was perfect.

Anger aside, the last year of I4H has just been amazing. No matter what funk I am in, this show can bring it out. It is one of 3 shows I would be willing to pay for each week beacuse I NEED it. This was just another STELLAR episode. How do we get Matt Besser his own talk show?

For those that are complaing about David, remember they have been doing batch recordings back-to-back, so you may be hearing a lot of just tired. You need David's focus and, at times, straight man attitude to make this as perfect as it is.

Somehow June's insanity has broken loose a great deal of next-level-bonkers in this thread. I literally cannot understand 50% of the posts explaining what June was saying. Literally. Bonkers. Goddamned monkeys.

Totally get what you're saying. Not a cartoon meant for kids yet it does feel worse because the marketing talks about Scooby Doo (and I heard another making a comparrison to Mr. T) and that just feels terrible. I get the debt to society being paid, but there is paying your legal debt and then people expecting society to continue to exhault you and maintain your fame. We're not asking for more prison for him or legal fees, but we're also not willing to support him or pretend that his celebrity should now overshadow his mistakes.

I think the Howdies just got swept. WOW! That final conversation was, perhaps, the most amazing moment in podcast history.
