    Episode 130 - Teen Witch

I haven't seen much promotion of 4k yet for mainstream movies, at least not like when DVD or Blu-Ray/HDDVD came out. The only area that I have seen them actively promoting 4k is porn, but that seems to always be the case when a new video format comes out because whatever ends up being big in the porn world format-wise translates to the mainstream market.

    Ask Paul!

I have the Neighbors on DVD and am shocked by how much it makes The Room look like Citizen Kane. I honestly think that this show is basically all of the other apartments that we didn't see in The Room and the various side stories that Tommy couldn't figure out how to squeeze into the movie.

Yeah I know there have been dolls where you poke them in a certain spot and the person feels pain there and then in like this or Child's Play the doll holder can make the target do other stuff depending on how they handle the doll. I've also seen it where the person making the doll will do similar rituals with an object that looks inconspicuous and then be able to control their intended target. Dammit Teen Witch, with all of the exposition given to Louise's other abilities, why wasn't there more for the damn doll?

Hey did anyone else feel that the nerd Louise went on the date with was an early version of Moshe Kasher?

    Episode 130 - Teen Witch

Question: Don't know if this has been asked but what the hell was their reference point for how the voodoo doll was used? It seemed like they were going with the Child's Play style where you don't need a pin to affect the subject of the doll, you can just use your hands to prod the doll to hurt the subject. Yet from everything I have seen and read about those dolls is that you need some sort of item from the target in order for the doll to work, like a piece of the person's hair or a piece of their clothes, yet Louise doesn't have any of that from her teacher. Also it was purely coincidental that the principal walked in during the striptease of the teacher, so what would Louise have made the teacher do if that guy didn't show up, he was already pulling down his boxers when they were walked in on? At that point he would have been fired and been put in the back of a police cruiser but apparently they just send him home for the day as if he has a stomach flu. As for the car wash scene, most of what I've seen with voodoo dolls is that they just feel cold or hot depending on what's being done to the doll, the person doesn't Weekend At Bernie's them self to the nearest water source like an asshole. And what if there wasn't anything around, would he have just walked endlessly until he found somewhere to get covered in water and soap?
  6. I know this has been mentioned by Paul in the past, mainly in the Color of Night episode, and this would make for a great episode. Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin acting on-screen as husband and wife and working with Michael Madsen as low level crooks, this is ripe for the show. I believe this was actually each of their second movie after getting married which should almost be seen as a kiss of death. It's weird in that these movies starring real life couples almost never work in the same way world building movies like Pluto Nash or Toys don't seem to work. Also Baldwin's chest hair is INSANE in this movie, it's almost like he had a wig made for it with how far out it sticks out past his collar. Add to that Michael Madsen's uber-mullet and Phillip Seymour Hoffman dressed as a grungy Mickey Knox and that is just the tip of the ridicule iceberg.

    Episode 130 - Teen Witch

This might be the most unaware parody of a genre that I've ever seen. It takes so many tropes from every other teen movie made in the 80s and just mashes it up into this insanity. The asshole teacher especially came through and has been reused many times over the years as the intellectual teacher who can't be upstaged by a smarter student (F. Murray Abraham in Finding Forrester) and as a teacher who hates his class and teaching altogether (Patton Oswalt's cameo in 22 Jump Street). The little brother was insane and for the longest time I couldn't place who he was so when I looked him up I was surprised to see that he was Dr. Challis' son in Halloween 3 as well as the child vampire in Near Dark.

    June in The Disaster Artist??

Well and they did sorta have a great episode with Greg Sestero when they covered The Room.

    Deadpool (2016)

Yeah the Daniel Way series was fantastic as was the art all the way up until the final issue when they brought in a new artist for some reason and it was such a 180 from the previous stuff it almost ruined the finale for me.

    June in The Disaster Artist??

I think that Peter is just someone that Greg Sestero and Tommy Wiseau were involved with during the production since Nathan Fielder is playing Kyle Vogt. Also Paul is playing someone named Raphael in the movie, so the entire HDTGM crew as at least some hand in this movie. In fact, this movie is made up of a few more HDTGM All Stars it's insane as Randall Park and Casey Wilson are both in this as well. Can't wait for this movie to come out.

Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1988)

I think we all know that if this movie never gets covered it's because of a certain person's innate fear of clowns and that they drive around in cars.

I love this insane movie, there is literally two dudes willing to bang alien clowns because they can freely grow their tits to any size.

    Deadpool (2016)

I listened to a few episodes, but listening to D & D being played wasn't the most exciting thing. I'd rather play games myself than listen, but even then I don't want to dedicate 3+ hrs to a game, unless it's the first time my friends and I are playing and learning the game. I have liked watching some of Wil Wheaton's board game show because it has introduced me to some great games like Betrayal at House On the Hill and Terror In Meeple City. I haven't listened to Rich Sommer's board game podcast yet but I have heard good things about it.

    Deadpool (2016)

I stand by the idea of Brian Posehn and possibly Gerry Duggan or Daniel Way being the guests for this episode.

    Deadpool (2016)

Just a few things that i hope are in the next movie. 1. The Human Flamethrower 2. Domino and her uncommon fear of chickens: and 3. Deadpool finally conceding and joining the X-Men, with his homemade suit, of course:

    Deadpool (2016)

I loved the Taken joke as well and the whole interaction with the cab driver, especially the second time I thought was a perfect representation of Deadpool's humor.

    Deadpool (2016)

Yeah Blind Al's relationship with Deadpool in the comics is kinda dark as Deadpool basically tortures Al in a Wyle E. Coyote kinda of way with various weapons and tools. Weasel also got off a lot better in the movie than he does in the comics where he is basically the patsy for a lot of Deadpool's hair brain schemes.

Episode 129 - The Apple: LIVE!

I meant it to mean that podcasts can go on seemingly forever, because all that's needed in most cases is people talking. This happens every time that there is a little delay in the episodes where people start wondering if the show is ending, because in an age of instant information receiving if anything isn't said in a moment's notice then people start wondering that something bad has happened. Yet it's just three active actors along with a guest trying to balance schedules. Sometimes they do all star guests to cover while other times they try to Skype in for the show or they may just postpone for a little bit.

Episode 129 - The Apple: LIVE!

It's doubtful it would any time soon since it's one of the most popular on Earwolf and has gotten a lot of awards and recognition in mainstream pop culture. I mean The Nerdist podcast has been going for years and is up to almost 800 episodes. There are endless bad movies that can be talked about, so there is always something for them to talk about. And to be fair the delay in between last episode and whatever the next one will be is nothing compared to a few years back around Tiptoes and the episodes before and after it which were usually two weeks or more between regular and mini-episodes.

    Deadpool (2016)

I'm actually surprised that only Rob Liefeld was the only Deadpool creator cameo in the film. Would have thought Brian Posehn would have been featured. As for the sequel I honestly hope that they delve deeper into Deadpool's comic history, like his love of the mini-teleporter and facial disguise tool or his absolute love of chimichangas. I also hope that they are able to add a few more notable mutants to the next movie because their interacton with Deadpool in the comics is always great, it's doubtful that they would get Jackman back as Wolverine, but one can hope.

Dear god I hope that's a deleted scene on the DVD, I'm sure Yakov isn't busy when he's not teaching at Missouri State.

    Twins (1988)

I'd more nominate the announced sequel Triplets, where Eddie Murphy is going to be the third brother. Now I know that it is technically possible for a woman to be impregnated by two different men at the same time if it occurs within something like a 24 hr period, it has happened in the last few years in fact, but I can't fathom how it would work for triplets.
