    The People vs. O.J. Simpson

I'm actually interested to see how this plays out because it does have a good cast to match the real counterparts. Cuba is probably looking at this as his way to start towards the top again and Schwimmer can be a decent dramatic actor. I did like a short promo they did that was basically a dig at the Kardashian family about how family and honor should be more important that empty fame.

    Episode 127.5 - Minisode 127.5

EG Daily was actually pretty upset that she wasn't allowed to sing in the movie, despite that she actually is a pretty decent one. Also the numerous allusions to The Warriors are many and clear in this movie, even down to using Lee Ving as the second in command of the biker gang. I'm more surprised that they actually thought that this would do well enough to warrant two sequels, which was the original plan. Also the whole romance between Diane Lane and the main character was completely worthless as he basically banged her one more time, punched her in the face, and then left her with dickhead Moranis.

    Episode 127.5 - Minisode 127.5

This movie is basically the inspiration to both Pluto Nash and the Joel Schumacher Batman films. Also, Rick Moranis might be the biggest asshole in any HDTGM movie, seriously he is so unnecessarily a dick that I'm amazed he wasn't shot in the face right at the start of the main journey.

    Episode 127.5 - Minisode 127.5

Holy shit I'm only ten minutes into this movie and have no idea when the fuck this movie is supposed to be taking place. The setting and attire makes it look like the 50s, but the neon and Diane Lane's attire is so 80s. Then her band itself looks like a mix of Rockabilly led by Pat Benatar, Bill Paxton with a Bruno Mars pompadour, a woman been dragged down the street chained to the back of a motorcycle, and Dafoe full on tackling Lane . Already worth the $.3.99 rental price I paid Amazon.

I think that's more to do with Penn holding her hostage and beating her for a few days.

Why is there a guy in full body armor and a rifle walking with the kids through the forest?

    Episode 127 - Kazaam: LIVE!

It works out that he can also be called Arabian Prince and his mission is to rap his way into kids' beds.

    Episode 127 - Kazaam: LIVE!

After reading that they left out founding member Arabian Prince from Straight Outta Compton I think I found the original poster.

    United Passions (2014)

Tim Roth has gone on record saying he did it for the money and didn't realize how much of a fluff piece it would be for FIFA, and if I remember right it came out as the corruption charges were picking up steam, so it wasn't helped by that either.

I vote Wee Man and Shaq make a buddy cop movie.

    Episode 127 - Kazaam: LIVE!

Robin Hood, fine that would be a decent episode for the fuckery of a movie that was. But kind sir, do not take Quigley Down Under's name in vain as that is an underrated classic. Also what a strange coincidence that Rickman and Bowie die within days of each other, both at 69, and both of cancer that only the family knew about.

    razzie time

I'm hoping that Stallone wins for Creed because it was an amazing performance, though I wouldn't be surprised to see Hardy win for The Revenant, though I felt he would have easily earned Best Actor for Legend if the plot was better. I'm surprised that Charlize Theron wasn't nominated for Mad Max and as for Compton, while it was a great movie, I don't think it was Best Picture caliber. I'm also shocked that Hateful Eight didn't get an Original Screenplay nod as Tarantino is usually able to snag that even if he misses out on the other nominations, though I do like that Jennifer Jason Leigh continued that tradition of actors/actresses who have been out of the spotlight or are new to American audiences and star in a Tarantino film and earn at least a nomination. As for Joy and David O. Russell, I haven't seen it because it didn't seem that interesting to me and I cannot stand David O. Russell. He made a couple good movies (Three Kings and The FIghter) but everything else I just didn't like, especially because they come off as total Oscar Bait. It also doesn't help that he's a gigantic douche in real life.

Because people like reading about the worst of the year as much as the best of the year.

Sandler should sweep his nominations because outside of Stallone, he's Public Enemy #1 for Razzies. I expect 50 Shades or Fantastic 4 to win worst adaptation.

Top 10-15 Movies of the Year

It was surprising because McDowell has done a lot of B level stuff and video games, so it was surprising to see how non-existent his line was, it also didn't help his cause that he wasn't taking pictures with anyone. On the opposite end was Henry Winkler who was AMAZING in person. Not only was he in front of his table and talking with people while not hassling people to get them through the line or buy a bunch of stuff

Was it ever said why they pulled the Green Lantern episode as well?

That was the case with McDowell who was on all of the promotional material for the event but you could literally walk up to him because that's how small his line was. He was also kinda grumpy because of that and left early, just walking through the crowd, and only my buddy and me along with one other chick knew who he was.

Top 10-15 Movies of the Year

See when I watched Best Worst Movie, the convention scenes came off like Troll 2 doesn't have the cult following as it would appear, unlike The Room. I remember seeing a lot of confused faces of people when the dad was describing the movie and his role. On a side note, I know Heather Langenkamp released a documentary about her life in the shadow of Robert Englund, despite her being a huge part of the franchise, yet the saddest thing I saw when meeting Englund was right next to him was the actress who played Heather's mom in the first Nightmare movie and the difference between his line and her non-existent one was incredibly sad. The only line that was more sad was when I met Malcolm McDowell at Wizard Con, who had no line, and on either side of him was the main line and then overflow line, for Danny Trejo, who was AMAZING to meet in person.

    Sisters

He has really been proving himself as a good comedic actor, especially if he's playing up dirty humor. Thought he definitely stole the show in Trainwreck.

    Graffiti Bridge (1990)

After hearing Kevin Smith's story about working with Prince on what were to be Jehova Witness videos and that Prince has a whole archive of unreleased songs and music videos, I have to believe that he has the same for other batshit crazy movies starring himself.

    Battlefield Baseball

This is just normally how baseball is played in Japan so I don't see what the problem is.

Top 10-15 Movies of the Year

Yeah it really wasn't a horror movie because the comedy was at such the forefront, particularly with the the slutty counselor who almost ripping her skin off in order to get naked. Unfortunately some slasher fans are way too into the forest in order to appreciate the trees. Having watched quite a few documentaries on the big series, Friday and Nightmare, in particular, the fans really take it WAY too seriously. I love slashers and those involved with them, my profile pic as proof, but some of the people I saw at these conventions have made it so much a part of their lives, that they were literally shaking and sweating in fear before meeting these actors.

Top 10-15 Movies of the Year

That's always been a big thing with horror movies, if they are loved by horror fans, for the most part critics hate them except for rare instance, and if a bunch love a horror movie (which is an average of 60% on RT), then "true horror fans" almost always hate them in a weird punk rock kinda way where they feel their territory encroached on. Most critics I ignore, especially the high level ones who are just snobs (AO Scott, Rex Reed, Siskel & Ebert), because for the most part they just look down on most of what comes out. Ebert in particular is weird because he gets lauded as this great critic and this show has proven that he had HORRIBLE taste in movies as he was the only one giving out thumbs up reviews to movies that were hated by everyone else. Yet great movies like The Raid or the first Kick-Ass get 1 star reviews because there is one minute thing he doesn't like or one thing he makes up in order to not like a movie, like when he said they were sexualizing Hit Girl in Kick-Ass when that was nowhere near the case. The sound really isn't an issue for me, though I can see where some might be complaining as the fights really push a theater's surround sound because so much is happening, especially in the first scene. I think with how the director was using the natural light gimmick for this movie, there might have been a smaller crew all around to create the perceived issue, but I don't know. Hardy's accent can also be off putting a bit because it swings from Southern to his natural one every once in a while.

While he had a rap career, I don't think I'm alone in not wanting to see Shaq in a remake of 8-Mile.
