Great 200th guest and it was even more enjoyable since she was a legitimate fan of the show! Kyle cracking up during the high school sweetheart body rap got about 6 replays from me, so damn funny.

EPISODE 341 — Banging the Table with Stars
kopello replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I hope Brian returns next year for a snubs and flubs ep -
Great ep! I love Kyle buy guy has got to calm down with the constant bragging already. Between Howie Do It, Fart Explosion, and Knock Knock Its Diarrhea he must be walking on air!!
-
I love the idea of Santa becoming a reoccurring guest but only over FaceTime.

Episode 1604 - Sarah Colonna

The bonobos ad still makes me laugh like an idiot. -
Well he is a real man. What do you expect?

I'll echo what everyone here has been mentioning and say that this episode gave me a whirlwind of emotions. But oh man...that Isis show bit has to be in the top 5 hardest times I've ever laughed during CBB ever. I probably looked like a maniac puttering down the interstate in crowded traffic laughing so hard, constantly pushing the 15 second rewind button over and over... This really sucks. Going to miss you dude.

Years ago Comedy Bang Bang (or CDR then) was my introduction to the alt-comedy scene and Harris was a major player on those earlier episodes. As they say he had funny in his bones. I'll always remember the laughs. RIP

EPISODE 335 — The Wedding of Gilli and Garry
kopello replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Don't forget to access computer.com first. I have about 40 minutes left but so far Scott trying to butt into the wedding ceremony got the biggest laugh out of me and I have no idea why. -
EPISODE 20 — LIVE from SF Sketchfest
kopello replied to JulyDiaz's topic in U Talkin' Talking Heads 2 My Talking Head
Well I think we can all agree next ep we need a crossover episode of You Poppin' My Stones? and Poppin' Broccoli. -
Sorry I should've clarified that was addressed to gayhammer's post on the previous page. I agreed with everything you said and was just building off it. I'm 99.9% sure he's a troll though so I don't know why I'm wasting my time.

Constructive criticism is indeed totally fine but coming in to the thread and saying "this guy suckz !!!" is not constructive (especially to a guest who really doesn't deserve it, just because he was awkward at times) and just seems like your trying to elicit a response from others. So please stop playing the victim and acting like you're not allowed to have criticisms of the show. But if you act like a whiny child dont be surprised if someone calls you out.

Ok? Nothing I've commented on has had anything to do with Dunham...ur so funny!!! ~~lulz

Agreed. And I apologize for maybe using too harsh of words in my earlier post. Just opening up the page and seeing the first several comments to be annoyingly dickish and negative kind of pissed me off and reminded me of past problems here

Barely even a few posts here and I have a great reminder about what vicious assholes CBB fanboys can be.

This was actually very interesting and I think I'll look into this Eckhart fellow. Also after hearing the "I was acting" bit I wonder if Kevin is the guy in the very similar skit on the Craig Christmas album.
-
Only about halfway through this one but enjoying it so far! You can tell Juan is a little nervous but its fine. I'd be stumbling over myself like an asshole so kudos to you sir.

As a shut in cinephile who watches way to many films (I prefer them over just movies pfft) his book sounds great

Episode 169 — Open Mike Eagle LIVE Xmas Special at UCBsunset
kopello replied to JulyDiaz's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
Open Mike Eagle? Fuck yes. Dark Comedy is one of the best albums from last year if you haven't heard it yet. -
I'm still confused though freedom of religion isn't in place for some broad acceptance of evangelicalism. It's basically the idea that anyone of any religion can peaceably practice their belief in this country with no sort of repercussions from the gov't (among other things), correct? I hate evangelicalism as much as the next agnostic but I'm unsure what that has to do with that amendment. I do agree the amount of religious fervor in the political realm (and everyday life) is very troublesome but is not really related to the first amendment.

I'm not sure that Jon (or was it Eddie?) knows exactly what Freedom of Religion means or he does and I don't understand his animosity towards it. Besides that really great ep. Lots of funny and interesting stories here.
