    EPISODE 245 β€” Bush-Shaped Bush

I cant stand when people comment about what they think is about to happen in the comments... Why don't you just let it happen and then make fun of them/complain to them? hoping Howard was able to sneak a role as an extra or at least a busted drug dealer on Hawaii 5-0, we know he has the gear to fit in with the set design

EPISODE 367 β€” Bits, Riffs, and Friendships

NNF with A Daly, a new UTalkinU2, AND a bonus ep!?!? I'm on content overload today

EPISODE 243 β€” An Inconvenient Convenient Store

You're allowed to talk about whatever you want to talk about as far as I'm concerned, but there was nothing friendly about your zings, other than the ;-) everyone understood that you're very well experienced with drugs and think that its very fulfilling to make yourself "the" voice of what drugs do and don't do. So you aren't offending anyone, we're all just rolling our eyes at you

EPISODE 243 β€” An Inconvenient Convenient Store

Or find your outlet for being pretentious about drug experiences elsewhere maybe Clearly the "bad trip" meant a less than ideal experience on the drug rather than thinking that your brains are spilling out into the ether

EPISODE 243 β€” An Inconvenient Convenient Store

Jon Daly? also, to support Natty Legs' comment about how confusing it is to find a song these days due to the 5 artists credited per... The Diplo/Skrillex/Bieber song is from the Diplo/Skrillex crossover... which is called "Jack U" to my understanding, they have other songs with like Kiesza and so on. I support the idea of musicians combining for full albums rather than just a song, like Gnarls Barkley, but it does get difficult to remember who is in what as an artist will go on to be in 6 different team-em-ups with their own unique names. Howard's bit of turning older songs into this current trend of "_________ and _________ featuring _________" was friggin hilarious, so good to have him back at jobsite

EPISODE 365 β€” Bongo vs. Bongos

What an ep, and I'm not even done yet!! Jimmy Bongos playing "Wipeout" while Scott 'sings' the guitar part had to be one of Scott's favorite moments recording the podcast. I bet he's been waiting for the chance to sing that with bongo accompaniment for years now There was one moment that Scotty and HeyNongMan-TzOukas caught Daly off guard that I heard him come back into character with a slight Dimello voice I keep on hoping that one day I'll wake up in a Twilight Zone universe where the radio is full of just nonstop podcast stations instead of top 40 music stations. In this universe there is more than one Scotty Too Hottie so that there can be a CBB station and a UTU2TM station (and Scott can guest on the NNF and Who Charted stations without needing to air reruns on his stations)
  9. Caddyshack is a classic! Sure a few of the scenes are such well worn movie cliches with bad teenage actors, but the Chevy Chase lines and Dangerfield bits I never pretended were funny. I had forgotten what a movie of its time Office Space is until I saw it again recently because I forgot that the plot revolves around the Y2K fix

    EPISODE 242.5 β€” 7/24/15 TWO CHARTED 181

I listened to this but barely cracked a smile. Was pretty annoyed when Armen made a point of mentioning how he cant finish a sentence without trailing off. Yes, we know, you're doing it consciously, its not very funny but its even less funny when it happens every sentence, pointing it out is even less funny The character of "armen" can be funny to me, I just think Kulap doesnt bring that out. She's too supportive of him so it just feels like I'm choosing to listen to Armen's therapy sessions. I think I would love it if Armen got a job on Never Not Funny so I could hear Jimmy rip him apart. The puppy dog routine would then at least make some sense

EPISODE 364 β€” The Marm of Smarm Returns

I agree, I didn't get to this until a long drive over the weekend, but it wowwed me. I loved Michael's annoyed attitude the whole time, and Todd was a perfect pair for it. I didn't expect to love this episode but man it was hilarious I felt like maybe Lauren was sick or getting over being sick, so her voice was kind of weird and it just worked for Todd, because I agree with someone else's thought that she began to sound more like a teenage boy than she normally does. I also think she usually pushes it harder so it sounds more comical than realistic, she was understated and very real this time. Screw the C+, I'm giving this one a flat B
  12. Boy oh boy that Hulk Hogan car ad was a summah surprise. I need a weekly fix of Howard doing a chart flipping thru the radio stations, I don't see any other way I'll be exposed to LA car ads

EPISODE 364 β€” The Marm of Smarm Returns

Politely disagreeing with that. I love Lauren, but I only tend to listen to her eps where I know and like the host. Many were great, but even in the goods ones theres a lot of pause and disjointedness I think simply because the 'host' isn't used to hosting the show. On CBB or Whooch, the hosts know what they're doing and they know when to cut in to end silence and what to say. I think WSGLL could use a little pre-show prep to cut down on that. I'm practically in love with Nick Kroll and all of his podcast appearances, yet I turned off his episode before its end because it was too disorganized

    EPISODE 342 β€” A Silicon Valley P-Cast

oh good god well I will definitely have to check that out. I keep forgetting to find the meltdown episodes somewhere, really enjoyed the first season. Wouldn't be surprised if we see and hear a lot more Tommy Middledee, he seems like a perfect sidekick to Scott. Into nerdy things, enjoys a premise that tumbles out of control quickly, likes throwing out the weird voices

EPISODE 242 β€” Grinding in the Friend Zone

Is this serious? While I'm not a fan of either band, they're very different to this unstudied set of ears... Maroon 5 songs have pop-stained funk/reggae/blues-iness in them, coldplay to me is a band based on recording lullabies. I could see some of Maroon 5 songs fitting that mold, but not the recent 'hits'

EPISODE 242 β€” Grinding in the Friend Zone

I know they were discussing him recording snippets on the road, but since the whole tour was thursday-saturday I figured he scheduled it that way and for such a short time so he wouldn't have to miss any "work" days. He told us he had some travel delays on Saturday getting to Boston, sounded like quite an ordeal, so maybe he just needed decompression after the busy weekend. Head to NJ, listen to some Bruce, pop some clench

EPISODE 242 β€” Grinding in the Friend Zone

Whaaat?! So disappointed that Howard isn't there, in Cambridge he told us he was going home Sunday to return to jobsite Armen was at least a little better here than he was on his last appearance (to me)
  18. You guys all check out Jimmy's show? They have the first ep available to stream on science channel's site. Obviously the show isn't really about Jimmy, but it was pretty fun. If I had access to this station, I would definitely watch it, worst part about watching was not being able to see another ep!

EPISODE 363 β€” Wet Hot Crew

David Wain is so freaking funny on CBB. I've always been a fan of his as a performer, but I really think that the CBB podcast is one of the best formats for his brand of ridiculous funny. I think that he would fit right in with Scott and Scott talking about their little butts on UTU2TM

    EPISODE 241.5 β€” 7/17/15 TWO CHARTED 180

Disagree, I wasnt at this show but if you havent been to a comedy show where theres 1 or a few people who seem to think they're in their living room shouting at their TV, you don't know how annoying a single person can be in a crowd. Shouting at the performer when prompted is one thing, but sometimes people are the loudest voice at every prompt and even chime in at any pause in the performance. I like a person saying hey, I may have been a little too much 'fun' for other people in the room and if I was, sorry. That's a stand up 'way to act'

    EPISODE 114.5 β€” Minisode 114.5

Good god, I only know of these 2 wastes of air from watching UK Big Brother, they brought them into the house to 'perform'... other peoples music. They're professional skill appears to be being annoying, what a world we live in.... just tell me they aren't rich rich

    EPISODE 241.5 β€” 7/17/15 TWO CHARTED 180

Are you going to come down on the thing?

    Norbit (2007)

Its at the bad level where when you watch it with a group of friends and a case of beer, first it's bad and you're disappointed, then it's so pathetically awful that you begin laughing at how any of it could have ended up on screen. Eddie Murphy as the asian father alone should have cancelled the movie, but it was probably that impression in a hollywood corner office that got the greenlight
  24. I always enjoy the Aukerman episodes but this was a bit less funny I thought. Still had me engaged the full running time, but it felt like there werent as many hearty laughs as usual with all the in depth U2 talk. Scott did get a pretty clever short joke in though side note: does anyone know where/how to find the never not funny playlist that they were discussing some guy made on Spotify? I keep searching and finding absolutely NUTHIN

    EPISODE 362 β€” RomanTig

me too, I really needed it stuck in traffic. that and "Hey honey I'm goin out for a pip!" demolished me I wasn't really feeling the character on the whole but he got enough hilarious lines in that it made up for the awful impression itself "none of your business pervert" was also excellent. I'm amazed at how quickly they respond with these things spur of the moment
