I'll see. Usually I have very elaborate maps worked out but this campaign is a legal pad full of scribbles. Maybe when / if I get improved maps done I'll upload them. If you can't wait just head on over to Pornhub and check out all those D&D maps!

Someday. OK!

I have played in a Werewolf campaign but I prefer White Wolf's books for reference and shitter reading. Not a put down. Taking a shit while you read about the Technocracy is epic. I haven't played since the early 90's. Sometimes I think it would be fun to play but I remember all my old DM's hating all my questions. So I stick to telling teh storeez.

Unfortunately, negative. Always wish I had, but I went from many other games, to 2nd Ed., to many other games, to this current group who were all already familiar with 2nd Ed., to now. I've read enough to recognize that 3rd & Pathfinder are pretty slick. Us switching rules is entirely possible since I warp them out of any recognizable shape anyway. I've even jumped game systems entirely in the same campaign. Went from Shadowrun to Call of Cthulhu one time. Not that I recommend that.

Still learning the combat mechanics, but I can tell that it's going to be the first area I hack up to serve my own purposes. *opinion alert* Feels too board-gamey. Understandably since that was part of Wizard's experimental remodel. Good heads up though, I'll work charging in and see how it flows Keep in mind that we are usually 3-4 eps ahead of what's aired so changes don't seem to happen immediately on the show.

Not yet. But nobody has spilled 64oz of Monster Rehab on Earwolf's mics yet. Give us time. And yes, I'm dead center.

No. I've never heard of Vorpal Botch opening for ANYONE. Sounds fake. Watch out for fake Vorpal Botch shows!

I don't even remember the nipple story but I hope I do so it can be incorporated ASAP.

I do have notes on everything but the Diving Bell device doesn't much in the way of stats as it is a rudimentary bit of salvage. Movement rate equaling a jog and a depth limitation based on me wiki'ing diving bells.

I'm at work atm but I'll whip something up.

These are fucking awesome. We should figure out a way to properly display these other than me printing them out and hanging them on my office wall...

I haven't assigned XP yet, I tend to do it when they hit lulls between campaign beats. But yes, they have accumulated enough XP to level. Some, more than once.

Good tip, I will! I'm already getting a feel for the 50% of the rules that I'll be omitting I'd honestly rather be learning Pathfinder but 'Pathfinder With Brian Posehn & Friends' doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

Yes, it's from Tron! I added the 'Mr' because 'Sark' was snapped up on Xbox Live within moments of its launch a decade ago and I was looking for one syllable gamertag. It is also often assumed to be calling back to the villain from the US TV show 'Alias'. Or sometimes, 'Stark'. Or 'Shark'. Or 'Shrek'. Or 'Sack'.

Thanks! I just figured we'd had enough plugs right then. Feel free to spread the Team Respawn love!

#1 Brian rolling warriors. #2 Brian accidentally killing innocents with his inhuman strength. #3 Gerry dying.
-
Gerry is the Mayfly of D&D. That's why he's so fun! Highest level has been the 10-12 range many moons ago, 2nd Edition.

In my experience too many DM's call it a day once they know all the rules, but the real mastery is in learning the rules then trashing everything you don't like. Unfortunately I haven't learned 4th yet, and don't have a lot of time between sessions to do it. So I'll learn it on the fly during our game and I'll stop in here to gather pro-tips. When I feel like I've got a handle on various rules I'll start refining it a bit. Just in time for D&D Next... *sigh* In the meantime, keep the tips coming! We all read these forums. I hope these a-holes don't screw up and get themselves murdered before they find out what the hell is going on on this planet. I give 'em a 50/50 shot.

A wipe has never stopped us from playing. In fact they are usually quite enjoyable! Scheduling is our worst foe.
