Grinning ear to ear! So happy Sir Richard has joined the quest! Mmmmmm beaky milk, Me

I totally agree. This movie could not be more tongue in cheek. I would like to see the crew discuss more movies that tried to be good but failed (Justin and Kelly/The Vanilla Ice movie). This movie is just a romp. Nothing more. Nothing less.* June is right: watch this and enjoy it! If nothing else, it's a great pop culture reference point. *Maybe I'm biased, though, becuase when this came out, I was 13 and listened to Spice World with my Sony portable CD player about 10 times a day.

I was just thinking: wouldn't a set of awesome Earwolf ear buds be great merch? I just want to declare to the world/my office that "Yes, damn it I am listening to Earworlf podcasts, and no, damn it, I don't expect that you know what that means!"

Agreed! I loved this and then... nothing. I hope TJ is ok. :/

I loved everything about this episode. HOWEVER, Jesse 'The Heart' Ventura is a blissfully, refreshingly 'real' guest. Thank God someone finally pointed out the danger to our hoofed animals. Wake up people! Put down your press releases and open your eyes. The iluminati are coming for our hoofed friends and telling us not to ask questions!

Just listened to The Tourist episode, and it occurs to me that I LOVE IT when you guys act out scenes from the movie that you found rediculous. I don't know if it would make a reliable segment, but I would certianly love it if you did it more often. Great work!

Can we get a transcipt of Patton's song? Holy Hell! I have a new segment idea. I would love to hear Sark's thoughts/notes on creating the story. I'm interested to know what inspired the water elementals. Sark, where do you get your ideas and how much of the story is prepared before hand and made up on the spot?

Pretty good episode. Getting through those fights scenes is great, but I'm hoping the gang can get off this damn ship soon. Come on Sark, let's throw a few more curve balls. Sparklett (aka MR. Whispers) is awesome! Interested to see what leveling up will do and to find out what properties the special weapons/armor/rings etc have going for them.

You don't think I haven't already made a cake replica of my head into which you can insert my living brain?!!!! I choked on my tea. Fantastic episode. For no reason at all, I want to say Paul F. Tompkins is awesome.

I vote to call the water sprite/man-thing "Mr. Whispers." Thanks Sark for the curve ball. Also, everytime you say "catwalk" I giggle. Hope the Rod of Cumulation will cum in handy.

Congo, yes! I vote for this.

Sweet remembrances?

So based on this hilarious episode, I decided to attempt to watch this movie. I LITERALLY had to stop watching it halfway through (rigth after the daughter comes home and gets caught in a scene that made NO SENSE). I couldn't stand to see another second. It wasn't even funny to me.

That audio montage literally drove me BONKERS. Great job. Also, why use wipes or toilet paper when you could use the three sea shells?
-
Blackie Green totally gets MVP of this episode!

I can barely handle how awesome this is. I want Lord A.L. Webber to have his own show. The M*A*S*H musical song = hilarious. Tears... just tears of joy.

When Kumail asked, "Do you guys seriously not do spoilers?" I just about spit out my coffee. His incredulous tone of voice was perfect! Please bring Kumail back and let him choose the movie! -
I want to confim that Master-Blaster does run Barter Town, which is in the southern wastelands about 200 miles from Nilbog where coffee is the devil's drink. Bring Jerry Back!

Episode 56 — Nothing But Trouble

No one here saw the clear parallel to Texas Chainsaw Massacre? The dinner... the scewed, small-town, no one can hear you scream elements? Watched this recently with my best friend after more than a decade since my last viewing. Deffinitly felt differently about it as a child. Watching this as an adult, I was reminded of Chainsaw, and also how trippy it felt to watch Pee Wee's Big Adventure since watching it as a kid. -
GO! Team Talon Treasure Claw Bears! Really missing Jerry. Can I do anything to help get him back? Let me know. Call me. Or text.
