Great post! I think that the first two movies would be game too.

I thought Retta was the perfect fit for that episode. It was kinda refreshing to have someone on the show who hated the movie to the point of not being able to watch it. I know a lot of people didn't really care for that, but in my opinion that's just all the more reason for her to redeem herself.

So much insanity! I couldn't help but notice that the father was first billed in the credits. Why?

I could think of one thing that may have been able to fix the movie. Heres a hint: it starts with David and ends with Hayter. Seriously though, I wasn't bothered to much by the directing, but I will say the script seemed much weaker in this one than the previous two movies. I certainly wasn't a fan of it, but I'm not sure that there's enough to talk about on the show.

Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter (2001)
Blueman29X replied to jmongol's topic in Bad Movie Recommendations
I would really like to see a sequel where Jesus and Abe Lincoln team up to hunt all of the vampires everywhere. -

Radio (2003) - Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Ed Harris
Blueman29X replied to DoodyKnife's topic in Bad Movie Recommendations
Was it just me or did people start liking Radio completely out of nowhere? I know he did some cheering, but that seems like the kind of thing that would just get you harassed even more. I guess people have to like him because his name is the title. This movie is just like Rudy, except nothing like Rudy and also awful. -
Oh dear God this thing exists. I was flipping through channels one time and came across this little gem on cable. Because the universe has some sort of vendetta against me or something (it's a thing), the first frame I see is Alan Cummings dressed up like a girl scout. Nobody should ever have to experience that. Nobody.

Ughh this thing double-posted for some reason.

Radio (2003) - Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Ed Harris
Blueman29X replied to DoodyKnife's topic in Bad Movie Recommendations
Apparently overbite = Downs. Also, I don't want to get into spoiler territory, but they really took a lot of factual liberty with the ending. I guess "based on a true story" means "90% of everything we say is outright lies". -
It's like he's staring into your soul or something...

I think a good one would be "Like Water for Chocolate." The movie is pretty good in my opinion, but it gets very very weird at parts. Might be worth doing for the Jason freak-outs...

Perhaps Cuba Gooding Jr. should watch Tropic Thunder and reflect... -
What is the best way to remove a stain from a carpet?

I almost thought that his visual style hurt the movie more than anything, something that I wasn't initially expecting considering Snyder's experience with bringing comic books to life. It seemed at odds with the new take on a darker Superman. RLM ripped into the movie quite a bit, but I think it was better than they gave it credit for.

This movie can never get put on the show. Doing so violates the Prime Directive (Must. Resist. Urge. To rant. About Into Darkness).

Just a bit of speculation, but I had a theory about something in the movie. The Ursas were not an independent race of aliens, but just creatures that were used by other aliens to fight humans. I don't believe that they ever refer to the other aliens by name. Is it possible that the aliens are actually the Psychlos from Battlefield Earth?

I think there's enough in Samurai Cop to cover at least three episodes.

It's possible, but if that was the case, Will Smith's character would probably not be as old as he was in the movie since Rangers travel through space a lot.

I don't think that they ever explicitly say, but I thought that the monkeys were afraid of water, because of the poisonous leeches.
