  1. From the looks of it, Samoa Joe is pretty much the only Samoan to not be related to them.
  2. There's a long running joke that all of the Samoans in wrestling are related. in WWE, when you also include those who are related through marriage, there's been about 24 members who have wrestled for them in some form or another.
  3. Maybe, the change from Corona to other beers might be a subtle message about letting others into their "family". Considering The Rock and Jason Statham joined their family, despite their previous adversarial dynamic. Maybe it represents a more open-minded and inclusive attitude, as opposed to shutting everybody out. They welcome new people, let's welcome some different booze.
  4. Apparently, Vin Diesel claims that he's 6'1", be he's been known to wear thick heeled shoes and shoelifts to make himself taller, so he'd be closer to 5'10", this could be the reason for the beef. Vin has little man syndrome because he was the big tough bald guy until The Rock turned up, because the The Rock's Samoan, they're people who are generally known for being big motherfuckers. To show you just how big they are, The Rock belongs to the Anoa'i family, one of the most important families in wrestling history, although, Rock is only a part of the family because his Grandfather (The High Chief Peter Maivia) swore a blood oath with Amituana Anoa'i after training his son Afa who would in turn train his brother Sika and become the legendary tag team "The Wild Samoans", and then later trained Mickey Rourke for "The Wrestler". Peter Maivia was seen as an uncle to Afa and Sika, which is why they held the ceremony, and they became a family. Well, at 6'4" and 270lbs, The Rock is one of the smaller members of the family. Granted, he's ripped as a motherfucker, whereas the others seem more "portly" to put it politely, but he's related to guys like Yokozuna who, at one point of his career, weighed close to 700lbs. But being around 250lbs is normal for the Anoa'i family. Even his cousin, current WWE women's wrestler 'Nia Jax' is around 6' tall and 275lbs They're a big family.
  5. Don't quote me on this, because I could be completely wrong. But as a known accomplice of the suspects, as well as doing some of that shit while he was a cop, he's probably earned that high spot on their list.
  6. And here's Tonga's Sipi Tau going up against the New Zealand Haka https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgq71T80vk0
  7. But, the Haka has spread to other sports, the New Zealand basketball team did it to the US before they played
  8. With the Rock being Samoan, it'd be a Siva Tau, the Haka is a New Zealand Maori tradition... I'm pedantic I know.... I love it when New Zealand and Samoa face off, because they do them at each other.
  9. And here are the Rock's cousin's performing a Samoan Siva Tau, which was a part of their entrance until a few months ago when they became villains.
  10. One of the great things to watch, when the All Blacks do the Haka before a Rugby match. In fact, seeing it at Jonah Lomu's memorial, holy shit, it's just a gut punch.
  11. Now that I've mentioned them, I have to show them.
  12. Shit like this makes me wish there was even the slightest possiblity of an Asian Expendables, with Jaa, Uwais, Ruhian, Taslim, Jeeja Yanin (I love her), Donnie Yen, Jet Li, Chow Yun Fat, and a few others. I know there'd be a language barrier, but dammit, all of them kicking ass would be a must watch for me. Although, Iko Uwais and Tony Jaa are currently making a move called "Triple Threat", so it might not be entirely impossible.
  13. They should draft in Iko Uwais (the main guy from The Raid) as well. I knew of him before The Raid in a movie called "Merantau Warrior", if you haven't seen it, just imagine Indonesian Ong Bak, but with Pencak Silat instead of Muay Thai/Muay Boran. In fact, go all the way and bring in Yayan Ruhian who starred with Iko Uwais in Merantau Warrior and both Raid movies, as well as Star Wars: The Force Awakens as Tasu Leech.
  14. Jason brought up the guys from The Raid in reference to any potential Hand-to-Hand combat scenes, forgetting that Joe Taslim (who was the badass Police Sergeant "Jaka" in the first Raid movie) was in Fast 6. And then Tony Jaa from Ong Bak was in Furious 7, who has featured in some of the best fight scenes in history, especially when you watch The Protector (or 'Warrior King' as it was called here in the UK), his staircase fight scene was all one shot, and was just beautiful. Not only that, there was the legendary "bone breaking scene", where Jaa's character fucks up what must have been 50 henchmen. It goes to show you how underutilised those guys were, when people can't even remember that they were in them.
  15. Something tells me that his "Love Making Music" is just the chorus of "You're The Best Around" from The Karate Kid, and when he's finished, he switches it to "Simply The Best" and struts around like David Brent. https://youtu.be/mXytRC0k-K8?t=1m32s
  16. Well, I hate Supernanny. She had god knows how many parents believing in that "Naughty Step" bullshit, "You keep them there a minute for however many years old they are!". 28 minutes I was sat on that fucking step, my arse had gone dead by the end of it.
  17. Karl Pilkington has caused me to live the rest of my life calling Clive Owen, "Clive Warren" after the podcast where Ricky Gervais asks Karl to pitch him a film, and he comes up with "The Love of Two Brains", where Clive Owen and his wife (played by Rebecca DeMornay) are in an accident, and Clive Owen dies, and the only way to save Rebecca DeMornay is to have Clive Owen's brain transplanted into her head.
  18. Jason Statham with a baby in the middle of a gun fight just makes me think of Clive Owen in Shoot 'Em Up. So, that tells me one thing, us British people give zero fucks when we're babysitting.
  19. My picks for actors to appear in Fast and Furious movies. Michael Caine, Judy Dench, Morgan Freeman, Forrest Whitaker, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
  20. Okay, seeing as my prediction of Fast and the Furious 8 probably didn't pan out (where the 8 flips on it's side to make an infinity symbol because Family is "Forever"). I'm going to make a much more long term one. Fast and Furious 10 will be stylised with the 10 in place of the I and the O, like: Fast and Fur10us.

    Episode 160.5 - Minisode 160.5

HAHA! That's Motaro from Mortal Kombat: Annihilation.
  22. After listening to Jason's comments on the Rock, where he says that The Rock could be both the father figure, and the Stone Cold killer. Well, Jason couldn't have been more incorrect in that statement... Stone Cold was a different guy, he beat The Rock hundreds of times. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gwEzysrU_k
