EPISODE 36 - A Dinner Theater
Bernard_Shakey replied to JulyDiaz's topic in SPONTANEANATION with Paul F. Tompkins
Colleen Smith has such, really great chemistry with Paul. (Obviously due to working together on No You Shut Up) Another great episode. I can't wait to see Diffo's poster for this one. -
If you don't know the difference between "diorama" and "diarrhea" your marks on that school project are going to suffer.

Giving this one the ol' 8.5 month bump, eh. Man I wish we knew what image I posted. I bet it was both hilarious and equally insightful. -
For any artists out there, I would pay buco dolores for an Andre the Giant series. One featuring him water skiing, wearing fur pants. The other of him balling up John Lennon and slam dunking him.

EPISODE 387 — Most Multiple Personalities
Bernard_Shakey replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I just listed through the first song and man do I really dig this John Grant cat. I loved the Beatles-esque, orchestral ending of that song. Scott's been having some great "muusical guests" on lately. Also "big ups" to the Engineer Cody who worked on this show because that first song sounded studio quality great. -

EPISODE 34 - Parking Garage: Live from Largo
Bernard_Shakey replied to JulyDiaz's topic in SPONTANEANATION with Paul F. Tompkins
I came here to basically say the same thing. I am always impressed how well Paul can converse well with virtually all types of people. Paul is a great interviewer. When Kristen initially struggled to find an answer to the question, Paul did a wonderful job of taking the pressure off of her. He gave an example of how he might answer the question and this seemed to relax KS and progressed the conversation along easily. Great episode of course but how could it not be with the remaining living members of Superego. (RIP Jeff Crocker) -

Big Sue describing Shaun White going down on her by just walking up to her then opening and closing his mouth like a gerbil at it's water bottle. Probably gonna be the best thing I think about all week.

Fantastic job on your review. You did a good job with the difficult task of describing what CBB is and the entire piece had me smiling as I remembered the bits you mentioned. Keep up the good work. -

Okay two more things. The woman who falls off the diving board, does so after her 5th jump - going for her 6th. I kinda feel like she was asking for trouble. Also there's a majorly visible boom mic which slides into the left side of frame during this scene.
