EPISODE 76 — Adam Carolla, Comedian/Podcaster/Filmmaker
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Wolf Den
Yuck. Carolla is a dingus. -
EPISODE 19 — Scott Aukerman: A Lil' Dab'll Do Ya'
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus
Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but anyone else think that Dabney sounds an awful lot like Neil Hamburger? -
It's especially bonkers considering the last NYC shows in July 2013 were at Subculture, which is a tiny ass place that holds only 200, and those shows didn't sell out nearly as quickly. Glad that HDTGM's popularity has exploded, but extremely bitter that I won't be going to the Irving Plaza shows.

I'm soooooooo bummed. Was online at noon and 4pm on the dot and still came away empty handed.

EPISODE 106 — Deep Blue Sea: LIVE!
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in How Did This Get Made?
And WOOOOOOOO NYC show, finally!! Time to formally start my campaign to get Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer as the guests. -
EPISODE 106 — Deep Blue Sea: LIVE!
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in How Did This Get Made?
I believe it's actually "my HAT is like a shark's fin," which is somehow even worse. -
EPISODE 104.5 — Minisode 104.5
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in How Did This Get Made?
I started watching this trash on Sunday. I'm pretty sure it's the most boring and worst paced film they've done, couldn't tolerate it all in one sitting. I go back to netflix today and it's no longer streaming. I know I shouldn't be upset since I'm saving myself from 40 more minutes of suffering, but I'm strangely bummed out that now I'll never finish it. -
What movies for the live show
Bob Drillboids replied to ScottDuncan's topic in How Did This Get Made?
Anybody else hear rumors about their next live shows happening in NYC in May?? -

It's mom's place! -
EPISODE 221.5 — 2/27/15 TWO CHARTED 160
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Who Charted?
Sorry, mate, I guess it's hard to convey sarcasm and intentional hyperbole in a message board post. I don't actually think that Phish fans are as irrational and destructive as people who actively campaign again basic scientific truths. -
EPISODE 221.5 — 2/27/15 TWO CHARTED 160
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Who Charted?
Howard's audible disgust around the 4:20 mark of the ep is priceless as well. -
EPISODE 221.5 — 2/27/15 TWO CHARTED 160
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Who Charted?
Also, the Phish fans in this thread getting bent out of shape are hilarious and pathetic. Phish is objectively terrible, the war is over, it's like arguing with someone from the anti-vaccination movement or the flat earth society. -
EPISODE 221.5 — 2/27/15 TWO CHARTED 160
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Who Charted?
I'll never get sick of Howard's story about accidentally listening to "David Bowie." -
EPISODE 336 — NOT Farts and Procreation 4
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I hope this thread keeps going forever. -
EPISODE 336 — NOT Farts and Procreation 4
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I was just thinking how Harris' twitter bio would also make the perfect tinder status: "i love chillin, hangin out, havin fun and just fuckin chillin." -
EPISODE 336 — NOT Farts and Procreation 4
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Oh man in the obituary they give a shout-out to Pralines and Dik! #dikheads -
I found the discussion on whether or not alcoholism is a disease to be incredibly frustrating and borderline offensive. There is literally no debate amongst rational neuroscientists that substance use disorders are real illnesses that require real treatment. And that absurd hypothetical of pathologic behavior being extinguished by a gun to the head, whereas with a "real" disease like cancer it remains? Are you kidding? By extension, if you take away a suicidal person's access to self-injury and they don't kill themselves, then was their depression not real either? Or take someone with OCD and intense fears of contamination but lock them in a room without a sink so they can't engage in compulsive hand-washing, was their OCD not a real disease? Try harder, guys.

EPISODE 336 — NOT Farts and Procreation 4
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Initially I was completely in Scott's corner in regards to his hostility toward reading the scheduling emails and how persistently unfunny the bit was. But upon reflection I think I'm just resentful of the fact that I'm not friends with these wonderful human beings and thus will never be included in their email correspondences. -
EPISODE 336 — NOT Farts and Procreation 4
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I just came here to say thanks for that outro music. So good and funky! -
EPISODE 13 — The Tom Leykis Radio Program
Bob Drillboids replied to JulyDiaz's topic in With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus
The only possible way to top Adomian's Leykis would be if Jon Daly reprises Dalez and Dumb Mike on next week's episode. My head would explode. -
The Island of Dr Moreau

The best thing about Cloud Atlas was the entire week of Yo Is This Racist? that it inspired.

Hardwick is a useless dingus. His high profile in the podcasting world is completely baffling to me. I'm sure he's a really hard worker and nerdist has some fantastic shows, but oh brother as a "comedian" that dude brings absolutely nothing to the table.

Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer need to tag team HDTGM! Zooks was spectacular in the BC "Fattest Asses" ep with Matt Jones, I'm sure they'd get along along really really well with the gang. And it'd be a great opportunity for another looooooooong overdue live NYC show. It just makes too much sense not to happen.

Mind you don't cut yourself, Mortdecai.
