I don't see this film being covered, because Arachnophobia has a 91% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

He was actually busy filming with his starring and directing effort "The War at Home", which is the main reason why he had less screentime in D3.
-
Now that Face/Off will be the next live episode, time for more updates! 6 appearances: Nicolas Cage 4 appearances: John Travolta 3 appearances: Thomas Jane 2 appearances: Gina Gershon (first podcast since LOL)

"How Do I Live" is one of only three songs to be nominated for both an Oscar and a Razzie. The other two are Tony Bennett's "Life in a Looking Glass" from the 1986 Blake Edwards film That's Life, and "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" from Armageddon. It ultimately lost the Oscar to "My Heart Will Go On" from Titanic, while the Razzie went to the entire song score from Kevin Costner's The Postman.

This is the movie that killed Harold Ramis's directing career, as Year One would turn out to be the last film he helmed before his death last year.

What's The Worst That Could Happen?
SlidePocket replied to Ofcoursemyhorse's topic in Bad Movie Recommendations
Teaming up Martin Lawrence with Danny DeVito makes it pretty strange on paper, and it turns out that they indeed had zero chemistry together in this movie. -
Now that Con Air is being covered, Nicolas Cage makes his triumphant return to the podcast since Trespass back in 2012!

New episode next week!

Dylan Dog: Dead of Night (2010)
SlidePocket replied to EdFromJersey's topic in Bad Movie Recommendations
This one was supposed to be Brandon Routh's comeback attempt after Superman Returns disappointed a lot of people, but Dylan Dog ended up sucking hard and his career failed to bounce back ever since. -

Not in this one.

This marked the declining point in the Farrelly Brothers' career, as after that we got Hall Pass, The Three Stooges and Dumb and Dumber To with diminishing critical and box office returns.
-
Rob Reiner was not the original director of this film at first. The writer of the film, Ted Griffin, was set to make his directorial debut with "Rumor Has It", but he and some other cast members got fired and things had to restart from scratch. Which could be the reason why that movie didn't turn out the way everybody hoped.

We got another bad video game on the horizon! This is the first time that Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis shared the screen together. It didn't work out here, but eventually improved by the time Ted came out.

It's next week's episode!

With Con Air and Face/Off, Nicolas Cage is back in the podcast making it his first official appearance for the show since the Trespass episode in 2012!

This film ended Cuba Gooding Jr.'s mainstream movie career (with nothing but direct-to-DVD schlock ever since) and it was directed by Fred Savage of all people! When Eddie Murphy declines to reprise his role from the original, you know something has gone down.
-
This film from 1997 has never been released on DVD or Blu-ray in the US except in Europe, and was the last ever directed by George P. Cosmatos (Rambo: First Blood Part II, Cobra, Tombstone). Not to mention it was also the last grasp of Charlie Sheen and Linda Hamilton's movie careers.
-
Denzel Washington knew this film was not going to turn out well, because he fired his agent shortly after it came out after he convinced him to do this flick.
-
The director of this film, William Brent Bell, would later go on to direct the craptastic horror flick The Devil Inside.
