Big Girls Don't Cry... They Get Even (1992)

I remember another trailer for this movie was played under its original title "Stepkids" on the VHS of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II", but its release got pushed back a year shortly afterwards now with its current title.

    Innocent Blood (1992)

This is the last decent film John Landis made before his career continued to sputter in the '90s. It didn't quite live up to the success of "An American Werewolf in London" a decade before, but it does have its moments.

    Chappie (2015)

Neill Blomkamp's new film is getting slammed by reviewers (29% on Rotten Tomatoes) and audiences weren't having it either (opened at the top with only $13 million), could Blomkamp be the new M. Night Shyamalan after peaking too soon? From what I read from video reviewers, one of the main problems that Chappie got was casting South African rap duo Die Antwoord as its main protagonists, and felt that they completely ruined the movie overall by taking too much screentime away than Chappie, as well as Dev Patel, Hugh Jackman and Sigourney Weaver. What do you say, is anyone checking it out based on all the Blomkamp backlash, or are they calling it too early?

    Striptease (1996)

I'm shocked nobody brought Striptease up until now! This is the film that marked the end of Demi Moore's run at the top of the A-list despite being paid a then-record $12.5 million to flaunt off her body. And it could've further derailed Burt Reynolds' career had Boogie Nights not come out the very next year. Coming out the year after Showgirls certainly didn't help its prospects as the two are often compared to one another. Will we see Striptease being discussed on HDTGM in the near future?
