NOTE: Paul mentioned James Bond fighting a foot knife wielding woman. That was Rosa Klebb in From Russia With Love. That knife was poison tipped so it killed quickly.

I think 3 is the best option all around when trying to make him American otherwise keep him a foreigner like in Lionheart. This is a good way to handle the accent. Or simply a back story of him being the son of immigrants who spoke little English and so the accent developed from that.

Yeah for a kids movie, THIS would make a prime target. The dad is an a-hole. Seriously he expects his 10-11 year old son to have a job. Not do chores but a job. His son is run over by a car and all he does is complain that the son didn't take care of his bike. Yeah the creepy romance with the grown woman. When she finally turns him down, she says maybe in about 8 years. when he is legal. Yikes..

I got the James Bond 50th Anniv. Blu-Ray collection. Every Bond film (except Skyfall - I got it separately) with lots of extras. If any other Bond Film should be done perhaps Never Say Never Again. It is from the 80s with Sean Connery. It is a remake of Thunderball. It is not in the box set because it was made by a different group. Basic story is some guy was brought in to help write/produce Thunderball. They tried to cut him out later (iirc) and he sued. He was awarded co-rights to the film. He wanted to make his own version later and redid it and brought back Connery. It did just about as well as Octopussy which was released at the same time by MGM.

Yeah if any Bond movie deserves it, it is this one...

YES!! I want to see this again, but the problem is availability. I can't find it in stores nor on netflix streaming or itunes.. I agree it should be done because it is an 80s teen version of James Bond (other than James Bond Jr.) and is kinda far fetched. It was silly and stupid. But again they like to do ones you can actually see. I don't see this ever happening.

Not to mention more confusion from June once again not realizing the film is based on a game.. which is always fun. If it was Frogger (aka frog street crossing) or Pac-Man then she might recognize it..

The leg split groin punch thing Johnny Cage does was in the game from the beginning and was a nod to JCVD's leg splits.

Was just thinking of this one today at work. Yeah THIS is made for this show... but the answer is simple.. nepotism.. Yeah Brandis is batshit insane in this thing. Crazy enough you should put him in a mental ward. I never have that vivido of a day dream. Nor do I picture myself teaming up with a action movie star.

I watched part of it. I was watching and part was in English "Oh good it is dubbed.." Then the two boys appeared and it was in Finnish subtitled "Aw crap.. Why is it partial English and the rest Finnish?" I stopped before it got to any of the violence. Mostly the little kid in his room reading the book. I don't care for subtitled stuff. Same thing happened with Let the Right One In..

I want someone at the live shows to dress up as a full on clown and beckon him to come with them... also hold a baby..Do it as creepy as possible.. Hell Paul arrange this to happen. Also get video..
