Wow, Whitney is high energy! Felt like I was riding a bull anytime she spoke. Nice person. The EMF elimination threw me. I don't think you can avoid EMF by disconnecting your wifi. Wouldn't you have to kill the power to your living space, in order to decrease that field?

My elderly father is 1,000 miles away and is having a scheduled surgery. All-in-all, I'm okay with that. He should be fine. This guest (who chooses to be named a myriad of ways) has me so stressed now, and I'm only 36 minutes into the podcast. Is this part of an April Fools joke?

It's impossible to dislike Matt Walsh. Although I may have to unsubscribe due to their position on gerbils. -
Powerful opinion. I don't agree with it. I respect it, and I hope there is room for me to disagree.

I had to kill off any notion of being a fan of mangoes. I feel like I have to give a grandfatherly warning since I am so reactive to them. Urushiol (the same chemical in poison ivy) is also secreted by mangoes. Walking with my family to a local park, we passed a mango tree, I picked a few and stuck them in my daughter's basket. I then went for a run, which made me sweat. What do you do when you sweat? You wipe it away. Not knowing about mangoes or urushiol the sweat that I wiped from my forehead now contained urushiol from my hands. Over the course of the next few hours, my eyes swelled shut. How to act: 1) No running around the pool 2) don't run with scissors 3) and for the love of god - fear the mango!

I can't gig her on that, she was only 7 when they broke up. She was probably too busy waiting tables in 1987.

I was waiting for a member of the audience to ask if Jerry Minor was there. But chaddychoo getting to dock with a member of the audience is still good!

So where did we end up with the hyphen vs no hyphen debate?

welp, I matched Matt with my second guess. Cursing my iTunes today. It downloaded everything to my laptop, but it didn't transfer anything onto my iPod. Thanks Obama. -

"It's Been Awhile" ringtone
OrigamiMami replied to FrannieComstock's topic in U Talkin' Talking Heads 2 My Talking Head
It's been awhile I work in a stale office environment, and I am unaware of anyone around me that listens to podcasts. A co-worker just approached me with a job I use to do, and asked if I remembered how to do it. I said, "it's been a while since..." Before I finished the sentence, my co-worker said in a sing-song voice "been awhile." Screech, full stop. I had to address this situation. My investigation into why my co-worker sings "been awhile" anytime somebody says the magic phrase yielded limited results. Turns out my co-worker was in a bar, and each time somebody said the magic phrase, that person would sing "been awhile." One of you savage beasts is running amok in the wild and infecting the civilians. Bless you. -
omfg "grease trough!" and like that, a new Kremer term is born.

Note to self, re-subscribe to ARIYNBF. She was in my early rotation, need to give her another shot. Does the 7/11 have an ATM? The guests really should be flush with cash when they enter the (squeaky) door of NNF.
