Oh God. I immediately started laughing when they brought up Tiny and Victor's podcast. I was dying during that episode. That one should make the top 10. ("They're Twins Jonah!")
-
Jason and June should be on every mini-episode with Paul. They're hilarious together. Really don't even need a movie to talk about.
-
Aren't you on the Earwolf site right now? Play it through Soundcloud.

I'm pretty excited about those Beetlejuice toys.
-
Of course not. Nor does he mention the Kulap fill-ins. I can't imagine why he'd mention those others. I'm re-listening to this episode and I love Steph laughing at Howard.

I love Pete Holmes. In my early 20s, I got so philosophical that my upbringing said "Hey, be a preacher" but I know now that THAT was a result of eating a bunch of mushrooms and thinking that I understood everything. And I love Pete Holmes because he understands God in the same way I do. The concept of God, how can we possibly understand that? An all-knowing, all-powerful being that just looks down on us and knows that we're imperfect but just looks down on us. The big Jesus teaching is "be in this world, but not OF this world" and its just impossible. We're in this world. This is all we know, so how can we not be OF this world?

Paul Funyuns... Paul Bunyan... Lumber Hack... Lumber Jack.... Matt Besser, you magnificent bastard. (Wyatt Cenac's new Netflix special is HILARIOUS. Check it out)

"Man up, Ziggy."

I love Howard & Kulap. Without them, what would I do? Would there even be a reason to eat food?

Episode 1512 - Gary Gulman
HotSaucerman replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Never Not Funny: The Jimmy Pardo Podcast
Keep playing Pyramid. That shit was hilarious. And Gary pointed it out. The funny is in making fun of each other's clues/guesses. That's what the original show lacked. Somebody keeps giving a bad clue, i/e Kiss concert.... or somebody gets a bad category.... Things that have sound??? wha? -
Episode 203 β Who Charted at LA PODFEST!!!
HotSaucerman replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Who Charted?
I watched this one twice. The stream was choppy the first time around. But I even ripped the video. Shhhh, don't tell anybody. -
"Pauleff Thompkins" ranks right up there with "Cake Boss"(cakeboss) and "Andrew Lloyd Weber" as some of my favorite Paul F. Tompkins characters. He truly is a comedian of note.

Lets Play "Which Earwolf Podcast Will Lauren Lapkus Be On Next?"
HotSaucerman replied to HotSaucerman's topic in General Earwolf
The word is she's going to have her own podcast. Sort of like Andy Daly's where she's the host in character. -
"Please, Get My Back On This Guys."
HotSaucerman replied to The_Real_Scrub_Jake's topic in General Earwolf
It would be cool if Jimmy Pardo or Kevin Pollak loaned out their studios once a month to another Earwolf podcast. I wanna see Jason Mantzoukas screaming at how much he hates a movie. Or the human improvisers holding back their laughter at each other. Or with the Sklars, you could just get a single camera on Randy and whenever Jason is talking, Randy could put on a pair of glasses, hahaha. -
I kept thinking about Natasha Lyonne's interview on WTF and how Paul and Scott are just on the totally opposite side of the comedy spectrum as Maron. "Whenever I hear 'Midnight Cowboy,' I have to take a break." "Oh, I forgot about your post-hypnotic suggestion."
-
I wonder if one of the Earwolf engineers could fix Jesse "The Mind, Body, and Soul" Ventura's audio on this recording?
-
This recommendation forum is straight up meaningless. They don't read this shit. Paul just does whatever movie floats into his consciousness. There's so many classic bad movies but they insist on doing the most "who gives a shit" movies possible. Like, I really hate this podcast lately. It fucking sucks.

Arizona, Howard?! Inland?!

"Closing up the plug bayg bongy bing bong bong bing 'Close it up, clooose it up, close it up cloooose it up' BROW"... that's a good song.

You're right, ya know. I have a history of Tyler Perry hatred. I used to go to bed at night, enjoy a nice episode of Conan, maybe an episode or two of The Office... only to wake up to see TBS playing Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns. NOOOOO!!!! [curls up in fetal position and rocks back and forth]

Yeaahhhh, Chart Exclusive. There's now a U between L and M and an N and M between Y and Z.

I'm surprised there wasn't a "Technicality No Down Boo Over" in this episode. -
