La la la, I did not just read this. Horatio is one of the best CBB guests of ALL TIME. How dare you. How. Dare. You. * Speaking of which, when is the freakin' Chicago show from June with Horatio and Adomian going to be availale for download?! It was so dang good! *Emoticon added because I don't want anyone to think I'm seriously offended. I'm simply not a truly funny person.

Only at 53 minutes in (had to rewind the Ramone impression five-plus times on my drive to work) so I'll have to save the other 42 minutes for the drive home. Still, I feel confident saying this ep is solid. C+ all the way. I'm an Interpol fan and was surprised at how well Paul fit in to the fold. However, when Brandon Curtis/Secret Machines came up and Scott asked whatever happened to them I cringed. Bringing up Benjamin Curtis' recent death would've made for a reeeeeally awkward moment.

Episode 17 — Songs of Innocence

Today I got home from work and was welcomed by a package with a Virginia return label. I had no idea what it could be, but was delighted to find it was the "This is good rock 'n' roll, uh, music" tee, in a much deeper shade of turquoise than advertised (which pleased me). HOWEVER. Scott has always claimed to mail everything himself via Stamps.com, and now I just don't know what to believe. How could you lie to us like this, Scottrick? How? -

Episode 16 — Commentary Special

It has been nearly 24 hours since my post and I have not even seen an official Twitter announcement regarding U2 from Scott or Scott. This is extremely disappointing. It's like they have lives or something. -

I just saw that they dropped the album and freaked out. First I jumped to the Scott's Twitters (and considered harassing them), then here. Come on bros. Get on this shit noooooooooooooooooow. -
When Eddie -- er, Howard -- angrily yelled "Have you ever seen 'Failure to Launch'?!" at the one-hour mark I snorted and nearly spit out my rum and Diet Coke*. Once again I'm on public transit and making a fool of myself listening to CBB. *I know it's only 5:15 but I'm heading down early to a Lolla pre-show and pre-gaming because the venue drinks are ridiculously priced. DON'T JUDGE ME.

Like bagofbeef said, That combined with everyone's insane laughter pushed me over the edge. I've never laughed so hard I choked on my hair (while in public, anyway) but it was worth the embarrassment. Definitely one of my favorite eps of the year, bro. Really hope Gino builds on his driveable bike in future episodes and that RJ makes a return soon.

I'm finally posting to say I just -- on the Metra home from tonight's CBB show in Chicago -- started laughing so hard during the plugs theme, inhaled my hair and started choking. Thanks for all the laughs today, Scottrick. ETA: man that first paragraph is a god damn mess.
