    Not even Amy + New host?

    (That's my personal hope)

     

    Everyone is just going to complain about how the new host isn't as good as Devin was (even if they're as good or better) and that will drag the show down.

    I can't and won't listen to any show he is involved with or seek out his writing. You are entitled to your opinion if you disagree, but I am strictly against supporting the creative output of abusers.

    I don't think he's prejudiced, but I think that every person is a product of two frequently opposing forces, one being the subconscious mind that is more easily influenced by surroundings and media and the conscious mind that is more thoughtful, aspirational and idealistic. I think people with prejudices are driven by subconscious or animal mind over which their conscious or civilised mind wields little influence. I think this is why Devin genuinely claims to be a feminist and yet also sometimes gets into trouble for saying stuff that people consider sexist. It isn't an uncommon problem for men raised in a 21st century western culture to possess this internal conflict. We can't always break free of the influence of our social conditioning.
