  1. Someone picks the YouTube clips for the show, right? Like, there's not some implicit agreement that they'll just choose everything that gets posted, or pick them at random?

Brett picks them, either he didn't have time to watch them before the show this time, or he picked this one deliberately to discourage people from making the subpar submissions they've been making lately.

  2. Guy thinks his constitutional rights are being violated by a train ticket inspector.

Hopefully this video will redeem my chatbot one.

The Australian public transport system is truly a circus of horrors populated by the maladjusted, the mentally deranged and the morally reprehensible, a grotesque mirror reflecting everything that is wrong with Western society and an endless source of comedy gold.

I've had some fun experiences on Sydney trains. I was on the last train to depart on the western sydney line at midnight one time when I vacated a carriage to avoid a couple of guys who were snorting cheap coke off one of the train seats only to walk into the next carriage where a couple of bogans were having sex. I went back and hung out with the coke fiends.

Another time a famous christian nutjob who used to go around baptising people against their will accosted me on a train platform. I actually had another run-in with him about a year later when he walked into a full carriage and started giving a sermon to everyone. I knew what was coming so I almost broke down laughing looking at everyone sitting there in petrified horror and confused silence, then I high-tailed it out of there before he could get out his flask of holy water.

If you don't believe me type in any combination of the words fight / argument / racist / sydney / train / bus / western sydney into youtube. The depravity and the despair is endless.

  3. I'm glad they did the Heart Attack Grill video, but a part of me thinks that whole thing is just too insane already to make into a great scene. How do you escalate women dressed as nurses spanking 350+ pound people because they failed to finish a meal and a guy dressed as a doctor pulling out the cremated remains of the restaurants spokesperson whilst trying to justify himself? So fucked up.

  4. I had one catchphrase selected which rhymed. He said 'I like the catch phrases that rhyme people'. Scott also said the secret of a good catch-phrase is rhyming almost all the way through on a recent podcast. So whilst I would say that rhymes aren't necessary I would also say that when used sparingly and appropriately with the right balance of ingredients they can take your boring old home-made catch-phrase to the next level, so it could conceivably compete with some of the work produced by some of the finest catch-phrase artists in some of the finest catch-phrase kitchens in the country.

  5. ahhh my leeeegs!

weirdly that monster truck clip is going around my facebook feed this morning, how serendipitous. And does anyone else think the interviewer sounded exactly like the interviewer from the hentai clip from many moons ago? I wonder if it's the same horrible guy who interviews sad people for youtube views

That was another one of my suggestions. Two weeks in a row! Woohoo! I really wish they'd picked the heart-attack grill one though. That ones all kind of messed up. Go to the youtube submissions thread and check it out. It's pretty hard to believe.
