  1. But you're my favorite person in the Mole wide world
  2. Wow! Your nephew and my son should be friends He really likes Paw Patrol, but he hasn't been watching that too much lately. Right now he's REALLY into The Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That. It's kind of obnoxious, but when I actually watched it, it's pretty educational. Also, not associated with a television show (as far as I know), but this is the new jam around my house.
  3. My son never really got into Bubble Guppies, which is unfortunate since I kind of like it. The first show that was HIS show was Team Umizoomi. I do miss that show. It made him love numbers (although I think it also made him a bit OCD). Thomas is suffering a slow and prolonged death. Like, if you were to ask him, he'd say he still loves Thomas, but he doesn't really watch it anymore. In a way, this is a relief, but it's still sad since it's definitely the end of an era.
  4. This age... For what it's worth, I also recommend Octonauts
  5. Wow, that's not very mice...
  6. Compared to a lot of stuff, Sheriff Callie is pretty great...
  7. Who do you think they are? Mouseolini?
  8. I found it funny that the music coming from the gramophone was John Philip Sousa. You also hear multiple women shrieking when they catch sight of Fievel which to me implied to me that these lovely, mouse-fearing women were just about to sit down to a lovely tea with the relaxing clang and clatter of marching band music in the background. Relaxing. Just like my yoga studio.
  9. If I get a chance (which is a big "if" lately), I'm going to watch the sequels as well. I'm very curious as to where they might go... In fact, let me go ahead and update the thread's title.

    Episode 162.5 - Minisode 162.5

    Goddamnit! R.I.P. Roger Moore
  11. What I was shocked by was how quickly the relationships develop. I remember thinking Tony was really "cool" when I was a kid, so it's funny to discover that he's not really in it for very long. He basically just befriends Fievel and then immediately ditches him for Bridget. Same thing with Henri. If there's one thing I remembered from this movie from when I was a kid, it was the song "Never Say Never." Even before this pick, I've been known to break out into song when someone uses that phrase. I was absolutely shocked with how "not really in this" he was.
  12. Oops, double post. Please accept this gif from my sponsor...
  13. While not integral to the plot, I definitely thought the added flavor to the 19th Century immigrant experience. "No Cats" shows us idealistic (and unrealistic) hope, "Never Say Never" speaks to the new immigrants' resilience, "Somewhere Out There" is about simple hope after your larger dreams have been dashed away by harsh reality, and "A Duo" is about finding (an unlikely) family in the midst of a melting pot. I definitely think this movie needed these songs.
  14. "Somewhere Out There" is definitely the stand out. I also really liked...
  15. Really? I think this is 100% a Musical. 5 songs in a little over an hour is plenty to qualify in my opinion.
  16. Do you think they use the MOTHagorean Theorem? You know: Aphid2 + Bumble Bee2 = Fleas2
  17. StatisTICKS? (Does that count? It's an arachnid...)
  18. Or calcuLOCUST...hehehe
  19. That was weird. If you were to ask me which type of bug would be good at math, I would have said Lightning Bug. But I guess that's my own prejudice showing.
  20. My initial joke was going to be that it's "cockroach milk," but then I realized that cockroaches were sentient in this universe.
  21. If you don't think she's creeping into the human baby's nursery late at night - her beady red eyes glowing in the dim light - and stealing that shit, you're kidding yourself.

    Episode 162.5 - Minisode 162.5

That was really awesome! It was a good C&O, too. I can only guess Jason's been so caught up on how horrible those Inhuman pics are that he couldn't shake Lockjaw from his brain. Still, I feel like if anyone's a huge Kitty Pryde fan, it's Jason... Also, I agree. Moving is the worst!
  23. What d'ya got for us this week?
  24. Fixed. Sorry, jokes are hard at five in the morning
  25. I remember the "There Are No Cats in America" song from when I was a kid, but didn't realize until just now how brutal that song was.
