Hmmm, I was really hoping this was going to be Uncle Bertie's Botanarium episode four, but all in all, pretty good show. I was really impressed when the guest said, "Wanna see me play some Adam Sax?" and then jammed for awhile. I can see now why we elected him.

Wait... I'm no Marc Maron, but seriously, WTF!!? Not one HH forumer coming here to discuss the fact that PFT called it one of his favorites? It wasn't long ago we would have flooded this place for the mere mention. I suppose I have fallen behind. Things have changed. I guess this is what my own mortality feels like.

Hoo boy! very dark episode, but of course it is as enjoyable as ever.

I'm a really big fan of the show Monk, which is about this one private detective who wishes he could solve more crimes but he just can't stop washing his hands. Like, he just finds it so fun!

Finally finished the new ep, and my gosh, it sure was funny! My favorite part was during the guest segment, when the guest, "A Volleyball Net, Our Feared Tormentor", got a little defensive about how much the guys were skewering pop music and asked, "Oh yeah, well what music do you listen to?" H- Mostly roots music. G- Roots music, huh? What's that? S- You know, like, traditional stuff. Real organic down with the people type stuff. H- Yeah, like, probably the most important stuff. G- Oh, I see. What bands are you into? H- Mostly "The Roots". S- Oh yes! I love when they slow jam the news! H- Yes, and isn't that what the news is really all about these days!? S- Yes and the jams are maybe a little too slow even! G- You guys are a couple of real assh*les! S- Oh, but what about "Rusted Root"? H- Oh I... LOVE Rusted Root! S- SEMEEOMAHWEEE G- *unplugs headphones and leaves

Guys! Guys! It's gonna be ok! You can all stop going crazy and murdering each other and talking about other podcasts because I made us a new Sean and Hayes! If you listen closely you can almost hear them gossiping about Tom Hanks. Sean tried to make a joke about Hayes being related to Chet Haze, but then Hayes challenged that by pointing out how Hayes is his first name not his last, and they're spelled different anyway, so Sean changed the subject and just talked about how if he was Captain Phillips he would have been able to beat up all those guys.

What a damned miracle.

It's ok Bruce, I'll give this guy the benefit of the doubt. You see Scrooge McFuk, I did an Andrew impression once a long time ago and it was ok, but frankly, the one you did on the call in was way better. I'm handing over the crown.

I loved this episode so much! Perhaps the most compatible guest ever. When they mentioned Jon Dailyshow and she immediately explained how some people actually got their news from that show, I knew I was in for something special.

The first time I met Ronnie Hog he whispered into my ear that he had just met Jeff Ulrich. I was so overwhelmed by his words that I didn't even notice him taking my wallet out of my back pocket. Looking back, it was worth it.
