haha really? Well that was an hour of my life I'll never get back. Honestly I didn't even know that was a show till my girlfriend put it in and explained the premise, and I just thought "this show sounds too awful to miss".

Oh God Yes! Please make this happen! Watching the whole episode was like watching a scary movie where A cat always jumps out in the scary scenes. There were so many times throughout the episode where the kid was totally askin for it and they kept draggin it on. Each time it was like "OH SHIT! HERE COMES THE SLAP!". By the third time of the kid gettin yelled at for doing somethin totally deserving of a smack, I said "Fuck it there'll be a .gif tomorrow"..

First off I have to say Dragoon, you guys fuckin rule...but I'm gonna be "That fuckin Guy" and ask this here, and if you don't like me shamelessly asking this Matt or Brett, you can kindly tell me to fuck off. I'll keep listening regardless, but here it goes... What would it take to have some music as part of the show (for transitions and intro/outro kinda stuff) I'm talkin just ONE show. My last band was playing our first album release show, and while we were setting up on stage before our set, this really drunk woman approached the stage and called me up so she could ask me a question. She was staggering back and forth holding a tall boy in her hand, absolutely hammered and began asking about our band, and what kind of music we play(which I've always had a hard time describing to people). As soon as I used the word "Rock" she interrupted me and asked "What Covers do you guys do?", to which I replied "We don't, this is our album release show, so we'll probably just stick to playing songs off our own album" (trying to be as nice about it as possible. She then asked if we knew a specific song by some shitty band like Killswitch Engaged or Godsmack, I can't remember the name but I just recall thinking "Did she even listen to a word I just said?", but before I could reinerate the fact that we weren't a cover band, She immediately started going on about how her best friend had just overdosed a couple months back and how this song meant a lot to her and her deceased friend and it would mean SO MUCH to her if we could play it. Dumbfounded by her request that ignored all her questions prior to it, I turned to my bandmates and said, "Hey! You think we could cover this song for this chick tonight?". Our bassist walked up to the front of the stage to hear what she was talking about, meanwhile I slipped to the back of the stage to get away from her and set up. I found out later in the Green Room that she had not only asked the same line of questions to both my bandmates, but also to all 3 of the other bands playing that night.The saddest part was I saw her at the front of the stage the whole time waiting for that moment, and when we announced we were doing our last song and it turned out to be another original, she threw her beer on the stage, started screaming and left like we let her down or something. Just saw the thing about the video/voice memo. I'll repost when I get the chance.
