It's so interesting how much they play to the crowd in some of the live eps, like the scenes felt so much shorter and, poppier? I guess?? I wonder how much of that was a conscious thing of maybe playing to a more diverse, not immediately assumed to be full of improv nerds, audience. Anyway, great ep, super funny.

So fucking sad. It's true though that listening to all Harris's stuff does make you think he's still here which is a real bittersweet thing.

I mean, you have to know what his taste in tunes is by now so I can't see how it'd bother you. You don't get many guys whatever Howard's age is who make any kind of effort to keep up with new music, it's part of who he is and part of what makes the show great IMO.

This podcast was so good I can't stop thinking about it I guess, and I think one of the reasons was because of the pre-existing character. This ep, the HH guys ep, and the PFT ep were so good and I think maybe part of the reason for that was that there was already a known quantity at the start of the ep, like they start from a higher point if that makes sense. Anyway, when they write the history of podcasts on some type of scroll dealy this ep will deffo be up there. I DO CARE!
