It's probably good that I didn't see anything about a call-in ep, for what surely would have been an earth-shatteringly easy rapport between us would have sprung up so quickly, too quickly, for the equilibrium's of listeners, passersby, etc. to go unaffected. Not that people would be affected negatively, necessarily, its just that conversation that sparkling, that possessed of so effortless a rhythm, and that full of the joie de vivre of 3 people finding within each other a shining light that in turn shines on and reveals facets of each other heretofore unseen, creating spiraling cascades of delight as a triumvirate briefly becomes one. Such free-flowing repartee, like the raging torrents of the mighty Nile, would be uncharted territory for you listeners. People might die! No, until the technology is there we should probably, perhaps ethically, play it safe. Sometimes the responsibility of being a genius is that you have to know when to say, "I'm sorry I can't talk at your podcast because of the spiraling delight deaths" -

I sincerely love it when "the (my) boys" do a sort of deep dive or whatever on a specific issue. ie. this ep, the one where they went ham in on Nebraska dude, and many other, good, episodes. -
all time best ep pic

Episode 209 - Bryan Safi, Our Close Friend

I very much like Sean's "just woke up from sleeping in" look in this episode. -
Episode 172 - The Last Dragon: LIVE!
devscoots replied to JulyDiaz's topic in How Did This Get Made?
If we as a culture aren't careful, we might reach a point where we have too many podcast festivals. If you can conceive of such a thing. -
Episode 11 - Shift Your North The Musical: LIVE! (w/ Griffin Newman, Michael Cruz Kayne)

I know that "they made the ads interesting to listen to" is a thing that gets said a lot about different podcasts, but the advertisers have to be happy with those 2 and a half minute songs. If they wanted to buy a jingle it'd cost heaps! And these ones were so good!! It's crazy!!! -
Episode 205 - Jessica Chaffin, Our Close Friend
devscoots replied to DaltonMaltz's topic in Hollywood Handbook
This was a different type of episode, I liked it but I also hope they do a more traditional type ep with Ms Chaffin soon too. If you want you can imagine like I conveyed that sentiment in a jokey way, maybe with weird syntax or purported misunderstandings. -
If you did this, well done. Excellent stuff. Really. AND the added comfort of the sound file being on soundcloud! the unfairly forced out underdog punk rock sound file hosting service?!?!??!! Truly, one for the ages

Episode 74 - Hope Hicks Modeled For Ralph Lauren (w/ Laura Willcox)

Episode 200 - Episode 200, Our Unbelievable Achievement
devscoots replied to DaltonMaltz's topic in Hollywood Handbook
Is it Christmas early? No. It is the 200th episode of my favourite podcast, Hollywood Handbook! Who'm'd've thunk, lo those many moons ago, when the boys were single and ready to mingle all over the town, that they'd've made it all the way up to the big ol' double deuce. Years have passed, laughs have been had, and tears have been shed by all. <That is me wanting them ol' fashioned Piña coladas lol This is a very funny podcast. Possibly it is the funniest podcast. I'm glad I get to listen to it.- 56 replies
