It's on Netflix, and probably ONLY on Netflix. HOLY HELL is this movie bad, and at some points, hilariously so. This is what happens when someone tries to make a kids movie but has no clue how to make movies. There's a really hilarious, although slightly headache inducing, scene where Eric Roberts is suppose to be talking to his son in the back yard through a sliding door, but the kid's scene was at night, and I guess Eric had better things to do, so they filmed his side during the day, but did and awful (AWFUL HOLY SHIT SEARING MY EYES WITH BLUE bad) "day for night" filter. He also doesn't ever open the door so he's talking to a plate glass window. Admittedly I couldn't finish it. I was watching it with my mom one weekend, and I got angry at the movie and stormed out. She had to recap how it ended.

Oh man, you guys, I just found Netflix gold. Paranormal Asylum: The Revenge of Typhoid Mary is definitely worth 89 minutes of your life, if only because one of the main characters has obviously subscribed to the Tommy Wiseau school of acting (and vague Eastern European accents). Directed by someone named Nimrod, it's the story of a guy who believes in ghosts...sometimes? but not seances, his friend who doesn't believe in ghosts until about five minutes in, and a bitchy girlfriend, making a documentary about the abandoned hospital that housed Typhoid Mary (who was apparently a sex slave?). They spend so much of the movie setting up where all the documentary's cameras are--dozens of them--and yet it is not a found footage movie: there are tons of non-POV shots. Oh guys, I won't ruin any more of it for you. Just...awesomely bad writing, delivery, special effects...this has it all.

Drawn on angry eye browns, calling your dick a lizard, a limo driver crying the words dookie, and hulk hogan. This movies got it all.
