JohnWilliamMenn 3 Posted May 17, 2013 Guys. I just saw Pink Flamingos for the first time. This movie is a constant "wtf moment" experience. It actually has pretty good reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, which I find surprising. It's certainly unique, but is it good? Hard to say... I definitely asked myself "how did this get made?!?!" sillstaw 414 Posted May 17, 2013 I'm not sure it'd work, because  A: It's obviously kind of a deliberate WTF movie, and B: I'm not sure it'd be possible to do a non-nauseating discussion of the movie. Or, alternately: How can they make fun of and exaggerate the king of all bad-taste movies? Share this post Link to post
seanotron 2307 Posted May 17, 2013 Yeah, I don't think John Waters movies work for this format. Share this post Link to post
jarrycanada 2483 Posted May 18, 2013 John Waters movies are made lovingly bad to be bad. He used smellorama in Polyester need I say more. You got these scratch off cards for scenes in the film that you scratch off and smelled during the film. BTW all of the spots on the cards smelled like farts. They released this movie with the cards for The Criterion Edition on laserdisc,no idea if they ever released it on dvd. Â Welcome to the world of John Waters. Share this post Link to post
