The idea of a serial killer butchering people and hanging them like art was interesting enough, but the idea of there being a law enforcement only rehab in the middle of a frozen tundra was bonkers. I also read that this movie was one of the biggest money losers of all time, losing 99.86% of its budget of $55 million, making only 80k. Share this post Link to post
