I just kept wondering, every time Mike the Janitor called Scott "Mr. Aukerman," why Scott never replied "please, call me Scott"

Scott should be commended for opening this show the way he did, by reiterating that I'm a catchphrase superstar, and then that other stuff about who can pee where in NC or whatever was good too.
