Â This was a weird one because it was Roger Corman attempting to breach the family friendly audience with a much more lighthearted fare than he was usually producing. Â It actually has a pretty amazing cast for what it is, Rod Steiger, Martin Sheen, Kate Mulgrew, Joe Mantegna, Donkey Lips. Â Three boys find a nuclear bomb and begin threatening the President of the United States unless he introduces a childrens rights bill.
