It's essentially a pop-art movie that somehow got marketed as a mainstream blockbuster. Personally I think the movie's a real hoot. Though it would probably make a hilarious episode.

It took my breath away when I saw this on the list. Speed Racer was amazing. I'm gobsmacked that anyone didn't enjoy it.

If nostalgic producers want to recreate all of the crap they loved as children, could they at least make it interesting to adults? You already know what I'm thinking. That's right. Make them pornographic. What could be a better setting for porn than Speed Racer, Scooby Doo, The Smurfs, or if you're after the gay market there's Yogi Bear, Masters of the Universe, and Thomas & Friends.

I feel like Speed Racer goes either way, and it needs to be definitive that the movie is bad. I'd love to hear it on an episode, but there are a TON of better (or, I mean, worse) choices.
