She regales the Bros with tales of her origins with Second City and Daniel Van Kirk explains his take on the value of sports as well as how he nearly ended up working for the Cubs. Then they dive into Stories, hearing about a man who brought corn cobs to a potato gun fight and Canada's bear spray epidemic. Finally, former linebacker Doug Buffone pays an otherwordly visit to weigh in on the Cubs making the World Series.

I'm glad Dan Van Kirk didn't get that job as Stadium Ambassador with the Cubs because he should write and star in a sitcom in which he plays a Stadium Ambassador with the Cubs. He would be perfect.

 

Also, great to get a call from Doug Buffone. The voice, speech patterns, and characterization Dan does with him is a joy to listen to.
