As someone also married to an Asian lady and looking to make a halfie (although I prefer the terms "halfling" or "mud blood" (as per Harry Potter), the obvious choice is R. Kelly's "Half on a baby". It's both an excellent song to get your slow grind on, and, titularly appropriate - Although the video starts off like it's a horror film...

Tay III, great call on the Mos Def. I actually enjoy Modern Marvel from the same release almost as well for this type of situation. Mos Def is my man. I only recommended The Weeknd on sort of a guilty pleasure basis. Here are two of my truly favorite artists that get the job done:
