JFKFC 0 Posted September 20, 2011 You guys used to have the logos for each show included in your MP3 files - until a few months ago. I was wondering if it was possible to get them back in there. I don't know what software you're using, but most programs that deal with MP3's will let you add an image tag, usually called "album art" or "cover art". There's also a bunch of ID3 tag editor programs out there which can do it, some are even free. (BTW, this isn't the complicated/buggy multiple image thing that was brought up on The Wolf Den a while back. Devices have supported MP3 album art tags for well over a decade now.) Anyway, it's really not a big deal, and I hope I'm not making somebody's job more miserable than it probably is. Share this post Link to post
robstraws 16 Posted September 20, 2011 I still get the cover art on my podcasts, I don't grab from Itunes though. I use an RSS app for my android phone and it still displays the pics. Share this post Link to post
JFKFC 0 Posted September 20, 2011 I'm using the RSS feed, too, and at least for the shows I listen to, there are no cover images in the newer files. I re-downloaded and compared last week's CBB with one from January in a program called Mp3tag just to make sure it wasn't something on my end. (I'm guessing your Android is probably using the image from the RSS feed itself for the cover art, but that's not the same thing as an MP3 image tag.)
