Why can't I download the podcast I just bought?

I just paid for the Sklarbro sxsw podcast and wasn't given a download link. I also haven't received the "receipt" email. My order status is "unfulfilled", and happiness@earwolf.com hasn't responded.

 

What's going on? Why do I have to wait for someone to "fulfill" a digital download? I just need the link...

The email finally showed up. I still think the download link should be displayed immediately after purchase instead of sent through email.
