Before we start the show, I need to address some remarks I made last week that I now recognize were insensitive and inflammatory. I lost my cool, blew my top, and said some hateful things I truly regret. My tone was nasty, my words were ugly, and it was unacceptable. I am implored to apologize to all those I have hurt, offended, and perhaps irrevocably damaged.

 

It's with a heavy heart I say to all of you, I'm sorry... From the bottom of my heart. I've disappointed every last one of you, though perhaps I've disappointed myself most of all.

 

If it is any, ANY, solace to those listening now, I have pledged to work with the American Dental Association and Dentists throughout my community in the hope that I may learn, grow, and, if I'm lucky, heal a fraction of the wounds I've inflicted upon hardworking Dental professionals everywhere.
