Yes, they were both big hits. I haven't seen Godspell but it's on my possibles list. Fosse won multiple Tonys for Pippin and Ben Vereen won Best Leading Actor. (Fun fact from Wikipedia: A later Broadway revival had a female playing Ben Vereen's role and she won a Tony for Best Leading Actress. It's the only time there has been Best Leading Actor and Best Leading Actress wins for the same role.)

The funny part is the composer also wrote Godspell. It took him 30 years but he had a big hit with Wicked.

I liked the movie a lot when Graham and I watched it. Watching it again on my own brought up two issues. 1) Anna showed complete disinterest on first meeting him yet she asked "Where are you staying?" Why does she care if she doesn't give a crap who he is? I would have expected either parent (especially the mom) to ask that. 2) That damn "fog" machine at the end. First it's clear enough for "David" to track Anna's footprints and find her boots then it's thick enough for him to hide in? THEN it's clear enough to hide almost his entire body even though he's sitting up!

I guess I don't get out much. Living in Delaware I hear stories of Joe Biden popping up all over. I've lived here almost 15 years and haven't seen him once, let alone talk to him. (Granted I haven't done any of the trail races in his son's name. I suppose he's almost guaranteed to show up at those.)

I invited you to the room and sent you a friend request. The CincoDeNio1 account is the one that controls the HDTGM room. The other accounts are so I can log on with other devices and make sure the streaming is going well.

I just opened the room. Going to try sharing a few things to see if I can get anything else working.

You have to be friends with the admin or at least invited to the group. Let me know what your ID is and I'll send a friend invite. I try to send a room link about 15 minutes before the movie time. I don't think the link changes each time but you can't enter until I open the room. You can also create your own room for your own shows. It's the sharing that gets tricky. I have found using Google Chrome works best for me. There's a Chrome extension to share browser tabs with Kast. When you start sharing in the room make sure to click "Share audio" in the bottom of the window before you click what you want to share.
