Okay, I have to listen to the rest of the episode, but I just had to comment on the "The Trailer" you guys did for 'Unfriended' (that's what you get for putting plugs at the top of the episode!). "OH GOD, I thought 'Lights Out' was something completely different!" - lol. This episode was too funny! I love these things and I'm glad Regal is ordering more. Thanks for the heads up! Please keep plugging new episodes, because they tend to get lost in my Youtube feed. Just had to say that. Alright, now for actually listening to the episode
-
Great episode as always! It's actually nice to see one that's only getting a "soft" YES to the titular question every once in awhile Also, thanks for the plugs! Chris Jericho is my favorite Pro-Wrestler of all time; I love the guy. He's super cool, even met him in real-life once. Thanks for letting me know about, "Nothing to Report"! Mundy and Jericho are great; it's hilarious! I honestly didn't even know Com Central did webseries and Youtube stuff until now.

EPISODE 184 — 4/20 Special: Clit's Alive
VinsanityV22 replied to JulyDiaz's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
"Let's just remember that, if we're ever brought up in a scene, grab some shit on your way out, alright?" LOL. What a beautiful end to a beautiful episode! Great cast, amazing scenes! I loved how "break the fourth wall" it got. This was amazing - you all did fantastic even though you were stoned!! :D -
Okay, so I hunted down this clip for everybody http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-gw2_SCjtk And also, about that title - I see your Haunted Anus, and a I raise you a Haunted Vagina. As a comic fan and a nerd, I wonder if Brian has ever heard of the infamous "Tarot: Witch of the Black Rose (Issue 53)", by Jim Balent? I heard about it from Linkara's Atop the Fourth Wall Youtube show, and apparently it's kinda well known because of one simple - baffling - line: No context for anybody Y'all can look it up yourselves - you'll probably end up going to the Invincible Super Blog like I did. Have a fun read about a terrible book!

Y'know, I admit, I don't listen to every episode. But every once in awhile, there's the PERFECT episode title to grab my attention and bring me right back in! Haunted Anus is just such a title. Downloading now!

EPISODE 3 - A Secret Society
VinsanityV22 replied to JulyDiaz's topic in SPONTANEANATION with Paul F. Tompkins
I was so hoping this would become a "Choose your own Adventure" podcast, and PFT would be like, "Fast Forward to 51:37 to join the secret society, or Fast Forward to 56:22 to throw a pigeon at that guy's face", lol. If Earwolf wanted to make a T-Shirt with a "Pigeon & Friends" logo on that, I think I'd have to buy at least 2 from the store, btw. -
EPISODE 69 — True Stories That Make Movies Better
VinsanityV22 replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Cracked Podcast
Recently, I ended up seeing the intro to James Bond Jr, a show I never watched in my youth. You know how it goes, just bouncing around Youtube? Anyway, what's interesting in that dumb cartoon - and why I'm bringing it up - is that it confirms the "James Bond is a codename" theory. The main character in that show is actually his nephew. The intro theme to "James Bond Jr." says - and I quote: "♪ He learned the game from his uncle James ♪ Now he's heir to the name ♪ James Bond" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AoWexi-DWFQ -- I thought that was crazy. No time I've ever heard the theory have I heard James Bond JR mentioned along it. Yet, here it is - a James Bond product stating that it's, in fact, just a name, and there's people in line to take it over. And anyone can get it. And apparently, the Junior Agents in line to take it up? Just wear the "Jr." attached to the end of the codename. Bonkers. This is important information for Matt to know; this could provide 15-40m of discussion on a future James Bonding Podcast! -

EPISODE 1 - A Denny's Parking Lot
VinsanityV22 replied to JulyDiaz's topic in SPONTANEANATION with Paul F. Tompkins
This. Was. EVEN BETTER. than I thought it was going to be Everything! The sad story about the bad Mexican restaurant and the Kraft Singles Nachos. The Chance/Chaunce, who was lost in the kitchen. Mr Denny, who was the return of PFT's new Santa voice (I can't hear that voice and not hear him and Scott arguing, "Oh I'll fight you bitch", lol), the penny story, the Rumple Dumpleskin, the twist ending for the Ajo 'als, the Mansion Dumpster... I was cracking up! Amazing first ep! Amazing group of guests - I love everyone here! The improvisers were amazing especially; love Janet Varney, love Matt Gourley (beautiful last line he got in that skit!), love Craig Cackowski. Amazing production values with Eben on the Piano and the sound FX. EVERYTHING. Beautiful! Hilarious! You are amazing PFT and Earwolf -
EPISODE 342 — A Silicon Valley P-Cast
VinsanityV22 replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Tsk tsk tsk. How could this not be titled, "Old Man Pooooobies"!?! Dropped. The. Ball. Scottie (too Hottie) Saucerman Really, I feel like a ton of lines as the podcast went on would make for amazing titles, especially from Mr. Shua She Xaoi (man I wish I could use the WingDing Font here) and his amazing, broken phone. This could've been called, "Click!" or ,"English is so hip and cool!" or ,"The Line is still open!" or ,"I'm a big boy!" or ,"Don't be an asshole!" rofl! -
Going Overboard with Adam Sandler (1989)
VinsanityV22 replied to DrewFruen's topic in Bad Movie Recommendations
Went on a BMB (Bad Movie Beatdown) watching binge and checked this out. Holy shit - within a minute, I was like, "The HDTGM crew needs to watch this"! This is BIZARRE. This is... man, how DID this get made? I mean, it's not like Sandler was a star at the time. This was a vehicle for him at the BEGINNING of his career. It has ZERO logic. I'm not even sure what the A Storyline is, and it has about 3 dozen other stories that begin and never finish. It's just a random group of dream sequences, song numbers, fourth-wall breaking camera talks, cartoon sound effects, shitty 80's style "shock comedians" who just swear a lot and try to mock undeserving audience members, hot 80's girls, fantasy sequences, time paradoxes (what is UP with Noriega's TV!?!), cuban dictators, assassins... it's SO WEIRD. It... I don't think enough people know about this, that's all. I never heard of it until today. So here's the trailer for everyone else: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FK9DaQ-LSu0 Please guys, I need to know. "HOW DID THIS GET MADE"!?! -

The Pod F. Tompkast reborn? *listens; hears Eban Schletter's smooth piano tunes in the backgrounds/notices Paul get off track and go off on a weird tangent about Ghost Words within mere seconds* IT IS!!! YAY! -- Also, if PFT is checking in, thanks for being on point with the Dead Author's Podcast too. That last one, with Eugene Cordero as Confucius, was unbelievably hilarious! Love him on I4H! -

EPISODE 106 — Deep Blue Sea: LIVE!
VinsanityV22 replied to JulyDiaz's topic in How Did This Get Made?
Did anyone post this yet? Because it's super appropriate. Both because of the conversation at the end about ghost sharks/haunted oceans, and because Paul is right - there is only one good Shark movie. This is more shit from SyFy Channel, but some people like Sharknado so I'm surprised that the HDTGM crew missed out their follow-up. Before the actual sequel was announced, this was something they were hoping was going to resonate with people the same way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53DQ4rpAlQc -
EPISODE 67 — Why Celebrities Go Crazy
VinsanityV22 replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Cracked Podcast
You two are super, super grim with all of your outlooks towards so many facets of life, lol. I feel like you naturally push her voice out too much when she has hope, or a remotely positive view on things. Y'all shoot down Kristi too much, you guys. Moonlighting. Bruce Willis was a star for being a comedic actor before transitioning to action movies thanks to the success of Die Hard 4 years after Moonlighting began. He did have a career as a comedic actor if he wanted it. In some parallel world, Die Hard starred Sly Stallone like it was supposed to (or Arnold Schwarzenegger or Harrison Ford... or Frank Sinatra; it has an interesting story you guys), and Bruce Willis went on to do successful comedies and have that successful music career Good podcast though. Even if I disagree with most of it (there seems to be at least as many people who are not excited by the prospects of the old guard, including "Old Man Ford", coming back to steal the spotlight from the younger actors in Star Wars VII as there are people who seem pumped for it), it's always interesting. You just gotta have your smartphones nearby to look into stuff instead of just shooting it down. "Hey Google; is Bruce Willis famous for any comedies?" - c'mon guys (or Siri, or Cortana; whatever floats your boat. Google Now is the best of the three at responses though) -
First off, great ep. All around. Fun guests. Continue to love the Sean & Hayes ads. Love everyone, yadda, yadda, yadda! Secondly - the big news - DABNEY THE SIX FLAGS CARICATURIST WILL BE ON "WITH SPECIAL GUEST" SOON! Woooo! What a bombshell to drop in the plugs, Lauren!

EPISODE 178 — Allison Weiss' Secret Sad Dance Party
VinsanityV22 replied to JulyDiaz's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
"Can't lock the Stop!" Man, only Improv 4 Humans can make anything - even anything that makes no sense - hilarious. that was one of the funniest sketches, oh man! Eugene is so likeable, that he can pull off all of those dumb makes-no-sense puns. The holes in the blanket? lol. That was amazing. Bravo to all. Great music too, as usual for I4H! You guys made my week -
EPISODE 17 — Me 2 I'm Talkin' U2 To U Too
VinsanityV22 replied to JulyDiaz's topic in With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus
Man oh man; brilliant ep! Getting Andy Daly to do this is great, having another U2 podcast is great - this was amazing! I loved the part where the description of the character went on - Lauren Lapkus loves to describe weird characters, but I especially loved that part how Andy pushed her to keep going by not telling her what he had noticed. -

That was so, so good! A massive contender for the Best Of's! Cheers are definitely in order for Mr.Abelson - his taste in performers is SPOT ON. What a CBB Dream TEAM. And I'm glad he was there for you guys too - because now you get to hear just how all of us listeners are reacting to the hilarious jokes at home! Loved hearing him, and everyone else, lose it in the background in this ep! I was definitely losing it at so many parts in this episode - the GEICO ad, the Ho Ho stuff, the Santa Claus... I really hope Lapkus and PFT come back in December for more shenanigans! It takes an enormous event to cast a shadow on Andy Daly's characters, but hearnig Santa go, "I'll fucking fight you" - all the while, casually tossing out "dude", "Bro" and a "Broseph" - definitely started such an event in this podcast! Though to be fair, Jean-Claude got some amazing lines in there too: "It does not feel good to just stand here and watch a man be beaten to death by Santa Claus and an Elf"! :D :D THIS WAS SUCH A GREAT EPISODE! Even had the Cantina music! Two games! And Sean & Hayes on ads! This had everything! I loved it. Bravo to everyone involved. Mr. Abelson; ya done good!!

quick lesson in Film Financing / why bad movies happen (video)
VinsanityV22 posted a topic in How Did This Get Made?
I just saw this on GeekTyrant today and thought other HDTGM fans would like to see it too. It's pretty funny and very de-mystifying! This is Adi Shankar, director of Dredd, talking about film financing today. Ostensibly, it's to break down why a sequel Dredd isn't happening OR what needs to happen to get it made. However, it's really just a great, succinct, entertaining chat about financing movies. Yes, he's dressed like The Crow (he knows that). It's all part of the greatness, guys. Just take a watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWP88WKVBKs&t=164 It's a really fun, intelligent watch. I think other fans will dig it here -
What an amazing lineup, DVK! But I gotta say, all this did was make me want to see that bank heist movie with Wahlberg, Cage, Keitel, etc. you were talking about there Fantastic listen! Nic Cage needs to be on more. And Jay Mohr knocked it out of the park; I didn't expect him to be able to improv in-character like that. Everyone was hilarious! Love the show!

Episode 8 - Into the Singularity
VinsanityV22 replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Hooray Show with Horatio
Yay! It's the chick from the AT&T commercials! She was surprisingly hilarious on a recent 'Doug Loves Movies'. Usually, when they don't know how to play the games on that podcast, it drives me nuts - but she went through it in hilarious fashion! And this podcast is always hilarious, so the combination is going to be GREAT. C'mon; Download faster, podcast! I wanna listen!
