  1. I actually found myself becoming quite livid with the guys. The way they treated the girls they brought home was ridiculous. Like they couldn't even talk to them once they decided they weren't hot enough to have sex with.

I kind of like Anastasia. But I guess I'm a wet noodle too.. a stick in the mud.. and oftentimes a bump on a log.

  2. I really thought I would remember how to use my mouth to make words when I called in, but it turns out I was horrifyingly nervous.

Here's how I thought it would go:

    Me: 'Sup, dudes.

    Sean and Hayes: Val-er-ie! Val-er-ie!

    Me: OMG, curly mullet.

    Sean and Hayes: I know!!!

Me: Sean, I have a lot of cats too.

Sean and I simultaneously to one another: What are your cat's names? Jinx! Hahaha!

Hayes: I'm jealous of the relationship you two have.

Something like that. But instead I was a rude weirdo who didn't wish Hayes a happy birthday. BUT I looked into what other celebrities you share a birthday with and I think you might forgive me my social blunder just for giving you this vital information now. Akira Kurosawa, Michael Haneke, Richard Grieco, Perez Hilton, Ric Ocasek, Catherine Keener, Keri Russell (more curly hair! What?!! Coincidence?!!), Chaka Khan, Damon Albarn, the oldest daughter on The Nanny, someone named Jermel -- and you're more important than all of those people (in my heart, not in real life).

I'm sorry, I just love you guys, and I feel like I'm normally so much more likeable.

And that last caller who was on your ass to watch Big Brother is my boyfriend! And, yeah, part of the reason we moved out of my parents' place was because of Big Brother, but it was mostly because my dad borrowed a gun from his friend because he was paranoid the neighbors were going to kill us. Hoppy Birdie, Hayes!

  3. I literally get angry when musicians are on Comedy Bang Bang, but this episode of Improv4Humans is amazing. I loved listening to all the songs, I thought they were all really good. And I felt really emotional hearing Matt singing that Aimee Mann song. I love this podcast so much. And I want a new live video one every week. I've watched the Joe Wengert, John Gemberling, Lennon Parham one 7 times so far and I'm nowhere near done with it. If this podcast told me to jump off a bridge, I would totally do it.

  4. I couldn't get through, so I suppose I should ask you guys my question here. I wanted to see what new shows starting up you'll be watching and discussing. You don't talk about The Biggest Loser, American Idol, Project Runway, or The Bad Girls Club. All-Star Celebrity Apprentice just started, Fashion Star begins soon. Obviously you'll discuss The Voice and The Real World. Umm, yeah, so I guess I want to know if you're planning on discussing The Apprentice or Fashion Star? Do I need to be watching those shows?

  5. I hope you guys will start watching American Idol now that they're in Hollywood week. I just watched both episodes and they're wonderful. I couldn't deal with the initial auditions because they were too funny and entertaining, but I'm back on it! And I hope you guys will be too!

Also, Tierra on The Bachelor is fake, right? Like.. set up by the show? Right?

  6. Thoughts: I cried laughing several times while watching this. Paul Rust is a beautiful lil baby and it makes me happy to look at him. New no-nos are one my favorite things to ever be on CBB and The Lincoln Lawyer one killed me. Scott is so good-looking it makes me dislike him a little bit because I know he would say mean things about me if we knew each other. Being able to watch Tim try to fight a smile while he says bizarre shit makes him even funnier than he was already. Jon Daly is a goddamn ham and I love it.

I already knew I needed podcasts in my life and now I need video podcasts too.

  7. Things to say!

    1. Frank and Jonna were equally annoying, which was surprising!

    2. The blonde guy from LFO died!

    3. If you want The Bachelor to keep you on the show, you have to humanize yourself to him so he'll feel guilty if he kicks you off, which is similar to what you should do if you're ever kidnapped and don't want to be murdered!

    4. Nate from Beauty and the Geek?! But, but, but.. Star Wars band! Glasses!

    5. You didn't ask Jonna about the sex tape! Your mother and I are very disappointed in you!

  8. Hey you old sons a guns, what a wonderful Christmas present! I usually prefer gift cards, but this was so nice and unexpected (a little expected), and it means so much to me that you guys pretended to like my song. Especially Hayes.. I felt Sean was giving a little wink to the more pretentious listeners and letting them know that he knew the song wasn't really that great, but still.. thanks so much, you guys, I can now say with confidence that I know we'll be best friends forever.

Really though, really, really, so happy, so many smiles, my boyfriend talking through it saying "That's you, they're talking about you", and me telling him to shut-up with my eyes and also with my mouth. So many memories! You guys are so incredibly funny and I just love the show so much, I only wish I could hear you discuss idiots of reality shows' past, like Johnny from Top Chef: Just Desserts, or Rene "Hi Hi" Fris of Shear Genius, or goddamn wonderful Judas Dan of Big Brother. I wish we'd met years ago in an AOL chatroom for The Pick-Up Artist or something, so I could've been hearing your take on reality shows for years instead of just months.

Oh, I have to go, I just woke-up and sometimes I don't know when to stop talking when.. bye.

  9. Holy shit, yes, yes. This podcast is now my new favorite.

Please tell me you'll be talking about The Amazing Race. That's one of the only reality shows I'm watching right now and you didn't mention it in this episode. Also Top Chef starts soon! You'd better be watching it, losers!

Also I was thinking that maybe a segment where you talk about a past season of a reality show or even an old reality show would be amazing. Things like Joe Millionaire, Big Brother, The Mole, My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance. And a lot of this stuff is available online (I just got season 8 of Big Brother on Amazon for $10) or you can watch them on the reality show network.

I'm just.. I'm just excited. And your dynamic is very Mike & Tom Eat Snacks, which is a HUGE compliment. I am so very in love with this podcast already.

  10. "On a side note, why are none of my favorite bands from the west coast? Pianos Become The Teeth is playing with The World Is A Beautiful Place And I Am Not Afraid To Die, The Saddest Landscape, and Xerxes."

A friend posted this on Facebook and showed me that new band names are even more ridiculous and annoying than I previously thought.

  11. It has slow-motion, cheesy fight scenes like Sucker Punch, but it's so much worse. Terrible CG, tons of make-up on the female actresses (post-apocalypse), a pro basketball player who slam dunks a plane to keep it from falling off of a building.. So many amazing/awful things.

    Pick this movie!

  12. My parents are very into that Jerry Springer game show, "Baggage". They were watching it today and I said to my boyfriend, "That guy looks familiar". And he said, "I know..." Then the guy revealed his baggage which said, "After I sleep with a girl, I get rid of them". He started talking and my boyfriend shouted, "It's David Huntsberger!!!" Now my parents are very upset that this show isn't real, but it was all worth it to us because we got to have a little bit of Professor Blastoff on a Monday.

  13. I love when you guys get second opinions and I just have to say that some things written on the imdb message boards are amazing. It's especially exciting when someone wants something explained to them about the movie that's really basic, but that happens more with movies that are at least somewhat more complicated than most of the crazies you choose. But here are some examples of fun things written on imdb:

    About Catwoman:

    It's not trash, it's very good -- ss336

Compared to most Hollywood movies this one's a fairly typical big-budget family entertainment type. There are so many AWFUL movies out there but look at what this one has:
    1) many humorous moments (for everyone)
    2) love themes (for the girls)
    3) CGI and stuntman wizardry
    4) social commentary (wickedness of unbridled greed and vanity etc)
    5) vague allusion to classical themes (Egypt) and animal archetypes; the occult

If you think this movie is 'awful' you haven't seen some of the movies I comment on. I find Halle Berry's character charming in her fallibility and self-doubt - as the heroine who has to be reminded how awesome she is, etc. She is more human as a feline chimaera than most female leads in Hollywood movies. Think about it.

    About Gigli:

People who think this movie is HORRIBLE are sheep -- drjsway

They are people with no opinions of their own and follow the crowd.

The problem with the movie is that it's an art house film made by a big studio, had a big budget, and marketed to mainstream audiences. If it were directed by Jim Jarmusch and starred art house actors, no one would have a problem with it.

  14. I actually thought this movie was pretty good. This one and All About Steve weren't bad... I could see where they were coming from and there were definitely some smart and clever jokes involved. In this one, Sinbad saying he knows what he's talking about because he took a psychology class at a community college is pretty funny. And the guy talking to Arnold about the TurboMan actor who ended up in the hospital. He said that the guy had "some brain activity this morning.. so that's good".. or something like that. I'm just sayin'.. .It was kind of funny and not as vomitrocious as Catwoman.

And, I agree with Foam Corner, this guest sounds exactly like Harris Wittels.. and it made me happy.
