  1. Three, two, one? What is this? I do not understand. Three, nose, one. Although it's been modified recently and I cannot remeber what the heck it is.
  2. I think the first thing Paul says in this episode sums my feelings, "how do you classify this film?". It's not really much of anything. It's just bland. It wasn't that bad, and it was far from being good, it just sort of exists. Also, how did this thing cost $100 million? I am confounded.

    Episode 154 — Finger Guns

Aww yeah. I've been watching Best Friends Forever and I am pleasantly surprised. Although Jessica's character can get a little grating at times on the show, but I think that's the point.
  4. Didn't even notice the cuts. Although I Was listening to the show on a noisy bus so I couldn't really hear such a thing. I, too, want to know who this musician is.
  5. Can anyone in LA confirm the puppet show took place in February? I haven't used my time machine in a few days and I need some good laughs.
  6. As a big fan of comedy, it was interesting to see how the bread is made. Definitely a great learning experience and you can really see how improv comedy operates. Also congrats to Julia for her plug.

    The iBrain is REAL.

That article did not mention the gratuitous amounts of sex. Also, we need more Gelmania.
  8. Unfortunately many people on this board doesn't understand how the business works. I have no qualms about a bunch of people from BFF going onto Earwolf shows to promote their new shows. I understand that they are doing this. They want to drum up support and viewership in an ever dwindling audience. I'll probably check it out just based on these appearances and if I don't like it, so what. If I do, then their advertising was successful. And by supporting their show, it will allow them to produce more content that I enjoy. It's just part of the way things operate. Like when Vanilla Ice was on, he was promoting his show in exchange for being on the podcast. Do I mind this? Not at all. It's just the way things are. The same with advertisers. I have no problems about Legal Zoom or Amazon or Audible supporting these shows because I'm not paying for them and I am willing to send a few dollars their way to justify them supporting the show. I don't mind sitting through the ads since, at the end of the day, these things cost money to make (studio time, engineers, etc...) and they are providing it for free. Also, Paul Scheer, at the beginning of this episode, clearly states that they have friends on from BFF. If you couldn't figure out there might be some plugging then the blame only lines on you.

    Taking this week off

With Matt Besser's dad dying and Tig's mother dying, it's not a good time to be a parent of an Earwolf podcaster.

    Episode 151 — Fan Fiction

When I heard the words "fan fiction" my mind was hoping for slash fan fic. Oh boy was I happy.
  11. So that's where Bob Ducca's been working.

    Episode 33 — Abduction

You guys hit most of the things I wrote down when I watched the film. I'm also amazed at the hacking powers of both the CIA and the bad guys in these types of films. It reminds me of NTSF:SD:SVU:: when the boss is like "SAM, search the entire US database for people with birthdays today". Two other points I found stupid. If the bad guy has an electronic encrypted list, why did he not back it up? Seriously. Do people in these films not have a basic crasp of technology? Secondly, why is the CIA doing official business in the middle of a packed stadium? The bad guy clearly would know that the CIA is following him and Nathan and if he shot Nathan that would immediately pinpoint him to be arrested. Furthering that, when he attempts to shoot him in the parking lot. What the hell does he think he would do when he's shot Nathan? In the middle of a public parking lot outside a MLB stadium, he isn't going to get far at all. Plus I like how the CIA just drives up and nonchalantly picks up the body and then has an exchange of highly classified government information casually as massive crowds walk by while making no attempt to hide what they are doing. I also agree with June (?) who stated the set designer is the unsung hero. Totally agree. The film looks amazing.

    Episode 150 — Time Bobby

There sure has been a lot of character murder lately. I like this trend.

Are we going to get more?

Unfortunately I don't think this will ever see the light of day again, unlike Thin Lizzy guitarist Gary Moore who always gets his recommend daily does of sunshine.
  15. Aww sweet!! I look forward to seeing it on my Earwolf Presents feed. Fucking awesome.
  16. Just finished watching and oh boy, I cannot wait to hear you guys discuss it. Oh yeah, I hate balloons.
  17. Can someone explain to this Canadian the fascination and hatred of Tim Tebow? I don't get it.
  18. It would be niggardly for me to not comment on this fantastic episode.
  19. Yeah. I am actually going to watch this one. I like both of the t-shirt designs although I prefer the text one. I second Paul with The Happening. The film is stupid but it's watchable and just hilarious. The trees... they are blowing!
  20. Poor Bob Ducca, learning after all these years he was never actually married to Scott's mother. I feel his pain. I I hope he is doing okay with this shocking news since it must surely cause stress in his life which could be bad for his health. Also, isn't Reggie Watts technically a guest?
  21. Bob, I hope you are doing well. Please be safe.

    Episode 32 — 88 Minutes

In the immortal words of Jimmy Pardo, "Pete Holmes? I think you mean Dave Holmes." Definitely happy I skipped out on this one. I saw a running time of almost 2 hours and just didn't feel like watching The Cino for that long. Sounds like I didn't miss too much.

    Episode 148 — Wipeout!

Just finished it. This year has been absolutely stellar. Every single week manages to outdo the previous week. The cavalcade of suicide is just so brilliant. I loved listening to Andy Daly's gear turns as he realises what is going on. So. Fucking. Amaznig. I don't know how Andy Daly can ever top this brilliance.

    Episode 148 — Wipeout!

Fuck yeah. That's all I can say. Fuck. Yeah.
  25. I think you mean Santa Claus Conquers the Martians. I dunno though, it doesn't seem like the type of film for this show. Saying that, it is a Christmas tradition of mine to watch this fantastically awful show. Plus the theme song is so catchy.
