I loved this movie! Martin Short was brilliant in this role.

Didnt this movie have an alternate title? I remember watching it as a kid and it was called The Wraith; then years later, I feel like it was on, only with a different name. They did that with Gleaming the Cube (Christian Slater skater movie), they renamed it In My Brother's Honor, or something.

The burning cows was a great scene!

Where do you crazy people find the time or energy to watch 13 episodes of garbage? I could understand if the show was good; but I watched the first three minutes of this crap, and could tell that it was fucked and turned it off. If you're watching it to review for work, I get it, and I'm sorry you have to sit through like 13 hours of bleh. However, if its not for a job, why watch something that's not even good-bad?

Is it just me, or was Estelle Getty straight up HORN-DIGGITY-DOGGIN-IT for every dude in this movie; especially her own son?!?!

This is actually just a thought from episode 1 or 2 ( I forget which one exactly); when Scott was ragging on the nonsensical lyricism of Phish. I agree, it's comical garbage; but what I take umbrage to, is that he kept mentioning the Red Hot Chili Peppers in a positive manner...I'm sorry, but Anthony Kiedis sucks as a lyricist! Talk about nonsensical. Granted, Blood Sugar Sex Magik is...ok. Like Phish, they have a great musical composition, the members are good at what they do. But, I seriously think that if one of Scott's main arguments against Phish is their shitty lyrics; he should pick a better example of good songwriting.

Point Break is awesome! The whole Fast and Furious camp can thank Bigelow's vision of insane action and over the top acting. I think it would be fun to do this movie sheerly because of its...well...awesomeness!

Nic Cage:"I'll try my best" Sean Connery: "You're best, losers always complain about doing their best while winners go home and F*** the prom queen" THE ROCK!

Call me crazy, but I just watched Rampage and thought it was fucking despicable! I get it, he's trying to be satirical, I guess. But this shit is why we get over- privileged/ hyper-violenced/ clueless white boys going around killing people in schools, malls and movie theaters. They watch garbage like this where the protagonist never gets caught/ punished, and think that is the way it goes. Fuck you Uwe Boll!!! This movie glorifies the trouble with our stupid kids instead of trying to teach them what is wrong with society and the media....Sooo mad!

I bought it off amazon for like five bucks.

They actually called the dog Trejo! Mofos actually drug the dog behind their redneck truck! I hope Danny beat the shit out of them off camera!

Silly question, but how can I watch this without paying $14.99 on Amazon Instant? Basically, I don't really want to pay for this garbage. Call me cheap, but I don't want to be paying for Lindsey's little habits.

Nice, I got called out by Paul! I must clarify, I meant the last two movies discussed (Sleepaway Camp and Cobra) were great for viewing and the banter. But yeah yeah yeah, I'll watch the damn movie and quit my bitching. And, ill probably love Jason's perverted thoughts about Vamp/Wolf sex.
-
Why, oh why this movie? You really had a good thing with the last two movies; but I'm afraid I can't be a part of this piece of shit franchise that only perpetuates the fall of our civilization. It's not funny, and giving money to this nonsense only exacerbates the problem with society.

I've always have had a crippling fear of clowns! Movies like Funhouse and Poltergeist (isn't that a toy clown that pulls Carolanne under the bed?) ruined any kind of pleasantries I may have had towards clowns in my youth. Oh and then of course Pennywise came along and solidified my fear. Shakes The Clown didnt really help their cause either. I'm with ya too Jason!

In my opinion, this was the most entertaining podcast episode/forum banter I've experienced yet. The movie was surprisingly AWESOME and addictive (I've watched it twice in a week, once before the episode and once after). I loved all of the over-anayzation of a movie such as this. P.s. Aunt Martha was a dude...I swear..
-
Oh boy oh boy oh boy! So much awesomeness! "A polar bear fell in me!" "When a man sticks a gun in your face you got two choices: you can die, or you can KILL THE MOTHERFUCKER!!!" "Fer twenty bucks, you can kiss em!" Oh man, I can't wait for this one!!

I too watched Godzilla last night (or tried to). Man, that movie was REALLY LONG!! A few questions: 1) How did Roger Ebert get elected mayor of NYC? 2)Why so many location changes and corresponding cliche'd "top secret" typed-across-the-screen locale names? 3)Why so fuckin long? The movie seemed like....forever and a day. Out of all the shit that we have watched with this podcast, this was my nightmare!

I had that same experience with Buckaroo Bonzai; I loved it when I was..oh, I dunno..ten years old or so. I tried to watch it last year, and couldnt even get through it. Have yet to watch Howard the Duck as of late. Liked it when I was younger; but prob have the same WTFWIT? eureka moment if I try to re-watch it.

Armageddon Dick Tracy I also agree for ID4! Weekend at Bernie's 1 or 2 (2 just flat out sucked! That was one of only 3 movies I have ever walked out of, and I was like 13...)
