Episode 193 β€” What Else? What Else?

There definitely is something to the "hating women's voices" thing. I've read tons of comments on YouTube or podcasts, where people feel the need to vocalize how much they hate the female participant's (natural or not!) voice...and yet, I rarely see the same happen for men. I'm not even sure if it's a "don't try so hard, little lady" kind of thing. I think there's this shitty cultural bias against women speaking and performing in general. It's like people are so used to hearing male voices, and seeing men being able to speak and perform, that when a woman does the same thing, it's upsetting. Gender roles and all that. So some of it has to be unconscious thinking...but it really hits "asshole level" when someone feels the need to comment on Kumail/Emily's podcast just to write "hate her voice" or something like that. Seen that a few times. Anyway, I thought Lauren Lapkus' "Tracy" and Pamela Murphy's "Nancy" were really funny in their respective episodes. The ludicrousness of their voices added to the hilarity. //sips wine

lovin the jersey talk...i've seen a lot of abandoned places. also, cropsey is part of the movie "The Burning," a movie that closely mirrors some of the Friday the 13th movies...it's pretty much Ft13th with jewish kids. no really.

    Episode 98 β€” A Wordy MΓ©nage

Oh so relieved Jensen mentioned that Ice-T thing from their anniversary episode. I couldn't believe that I caught a reference they didn't

    Episode 97.5 β€” 10/12/12 TWO CHARTED 36

I love how skeptical Kulap looks in one of the photos for this episode. I'm thinking it's the face she usually has for when Howard is talking

    Episode 163 β€” Burning Love

Did anyone else love when Scott tried to lob Ken an improv softball when he repeated "Crystal clear" when they were discussing names of women not on the show?

Episode 162 β€” Best Bro Hang

Sure, it fell apart pretty early, but it's obvious that it's because Andy Samberg and Adam Pally are such good bros, they can take jabs at each other's careers with no hard feelings. I dunno, I thought it was hilarious and insightful. The Woody Allen bit killed me

Episode 157 β€” God Bless America

Oh man, that story early on Scott told about the friend who laughed hard on purpose at Epic Movie...Reminds me of one awkward story: One time, I was watching some (decent) movie, and some asshole in the front kept laughing way too hard, or during scenes that had no jokes. I was really mad at his behavior until it was over, and as we all funneled into the exit, I discovered it was a mentally disabled young man just legitimately having fun. He was still an asshole for it, though. Great episode, Bobcat was a great guest and Garry Marshall blanking was fantastic
