Episode 104 - Paul F. Tompkins, Scott Aukerman: Generations
BuzzinFrog replied to JulyDiaz's topic in With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus
This is one of the best things I've ever heard. It's hard to single any one out, but Scotty Auk was so damn funny on this ep. Though, of course, that may also be because of PFT's reactions to the insanity. Gah, everyone was great! -
Buddy cop comedy starring Scott and Scott. I need that.

Episode 227 - Attitude-driven Apparel

Mookie has been on fire lately. -
I saw a Totinos pizza rolls yesterday and I can swear Jason Mantzoukas was doing the voice-over. Any else notice this, or can confirm?
-
This is one of the dumbest episodes I've heard. This is one of my favorite episodes.

R. Shrift and Claudia made this one of my favorite episodes of all time. I give it a hard C+.

Episode 126 — Their Name Is Korn

Big Trucks was such a great song. I went and got it off ITunes, but the version on this show is actually better, I think. -
Episode 11 — How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb
BuzzinFrog replied to JulyDiaz's topic in U Talkin' Talking Heads 2 My Talking Head
I just wanted to echo an earlier sentiment that, like many I could care less about U2, but this podcast is now my most anticipated Earwolf download. Thanks, Scotts! -
I guess I usually take it for granted, but Scott deserves particular praise for this episode. He was hilarious.
-
Gabrus was so, so good. I love Besser, but Gabrus owned it.
-
Just a delight. and so funny. Thanks, Scott.

From now on, whenever my DVR records the end of Tosh 2.0 as the beginning of the show I actually want to watch, I won't be able to think of Tosh as anything but a Sag Hag.

This is your recent pyramid news for the last two weeks

I was at the early DC show, and listened to the rest. PFT is amazing throughout the tour. Really enjoyed the emergence of Alan Thicke. But Horatio Sanz particularly killed me in his appearances. Just hilarious.

Zombie Shuffle. Great tune. The counting is catchy. -
I love Lil Gary and was hoping to more of him. That first Neko song sounded amazing.

Episode 95 — I Pet A Tiger!

This episode was flawless. Every scene killed. -
I'm a cynical, sarcastic, sourpuss. This podcast, and in particular this episode, makes me feel warm inside and joyous. Thank you, Comedy Bang Bang. Mah wife, BuzzinFrog

Jeselnik and Mirman were really funny, but the exchanges between Nate, Cordero, and Scott knocked it out of the park.

Episode 202 — Philip Traumatic Seymour Disorder
BuzzinFrog replied to admin's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I enjoyed the interplay between Saucerman and Todd. Scott made for a great idiosyncratically insane tyrant. I laughed quite a bit at the strict diet of ground beef. -
someone else said it, but this was mos def a dream line up. Great show. Especially Heidecker.
-
I agree with Jeff Garlin: it was not one of his funny days. I don't care for him. Adomian, on the other hand, always killer.

I read a comment from Scott a week or so ago noting he would not how to create a more specific voting system for the end-of-year best CBB episodes, as opposed to the current system of simply voting for ten favorites in no particular order. I think Grantland has a good way of doing it. In the post linked below, for voting on best Chappelle skits, Grantland employs a March Madness bracket system. They did this for a bracket on movie sequels a while back too. I think it's pretty sharp. http://www.grantland...how-sketch-ever
