  1. I never knew that Pacino turned this down FIVE TIMES, though that was when he was still doing some quality movies. If it was today he would have taken the movie the instant he heard the title. I always wondered how the pedophile was acquitted when all Keanu did was confirm that the girl had basically played doctor with other students, and even more creepy in that scene was when he was badgering her with everything outside of calling her a soulless whore, she says, "I didn't want to be the only one," which means that the other kids lied, but she still contends that she was raped. Yet it's meant to show Keanu as the Devil's son as he doesn't care that his client his a kid toucher, he needs the win. Also don't think Keanu is the worst actor ever, that battle is between Josh Hartnett and Hayden Christensen.

    Bullet to the Head

Yeah I just watched the Warriors again this weekend. Even with the Director's Cut having comic book segways, which are actually pretty nice, the movie still stands up as a dystopian look at the gang world. This movie looks like utter drek. The problem is that Stallone still tries to play young when he can't. Look at the most recent Rambo and the Expendables, when he has fun at the expense of his age, the movies are fantastic action/camp, but when he takes this seriously and pulls a Harrison Ford by trying to play a role designed for a younger guy, the movie blows (Bullet, Driven).

    Savage (1996)

This one would be impossible I think because I can't even find an IMDB page for it.

    Fast & Furious 6

Unless space looks like Europe, I think we may be a bit disappointed.

    And furious.

    Running Scared (2006)

I too love this movie. For all of its problems, it offers up insane, stupid entertainment. It's like Crank if it took itself serious.

    Predators (2010)

I loved the insaneness of this movie. What's funny about the plot twist is that you kind of expected there being something more to that character, but more so is that when I went to the Wikipedia page to find when the movie was coming out in theaters, it had brief character descriptions which just said that he was secretly a serial killer, ruining the surprise for casual viewers. God I hope there is a Predators 2, Adrien would do it, especially since he is doing crap like inAPPropriate Movie.

    Death Race 2 (2010)

Let's not forget that this movie featured a full on flamethrower fight, something I haven't seen in any other movie.

    Red Dawn and Red Dawn

The problem with the remake is that it is set in present day, like the original was. Yet there is a problem in that in the 80s, it was reasonable to think that a group of high schoolers could fight a Guerrilla war with Soviets for at least a little while before being overwhelmed and killed, which happened at the end and was discussed in the film's epilogue. Yet in today's time with all of the technology military groups have, these kids would have been found in about 10 minutes and there heads would have been on pikes five minutes after that. ***SPOLIERS FOR A MOVIE THAT TANKED AT THE BOX OFFICE**** The whole invasion is based on the idea that they used an EMP to weaken the US and that Russia was backing North Korea. This makes the whole point of the movie where the kids have to take the main bad guy's EMP resistant phone so the army can start a counterattack. So with everything electric except this phone not working, once the kids get the phone and kill the bad guy, the army guy they are working with takes off in a helicopter, which shouldn't work due to the EMP. Even worse is that the movie doesn't follow the original with an epilogue that states while the kids died, their struggle gave others hope to fight back and the enemy was eventually beaten. Instead this movie doesn't want all of the pretty kids to die so they leave it ambiguous where they are still fighting and getting new recruits. This movie was balls.

    Demolition Man

Stallone eventually revealed how the seashells were meant to be used. He said the first one was meant to scoop crap while the last two were meant to be like tongs where you pull the last bit out.

    Lockout (2012)

It's bad, but it's not Pluto Nash bad.
  14. Well it's not a full day, nowhere in the movie does he punch the Pope or ride a Pterodactyl to his job at the Gummy Bear factory while reciting lines from Snake Eyes.

    House (1986)

I remember watching this as a kid and thinking it was an okay movie, its sequels are utter crap though and seem to have different themes and no real connection to each other.

    Movie 43 (2013)

I just saw it today and it's not as bad as many people have been saying. I'm not saying it will be a classic but will definitely have a cult following. Most people were commenting on all of the crap humor that was supposed to be rampant but outside of the one sketch with Anna Farris wanting someone to crap on her, there were about four other fart jokes in the whole movie. This movie is unfortunately stuck in the land of previous shitty parody movies like anything made after Scary Movie 2 where pop culture references are shoe horned in just because, and that inAPPropriate Movie from the Shamwow guy that is offensive without no reason for being so outside of being offensive. Yes this movie does push the envelope when it can but it does so without being too on the nose for the most part. Skits like the game of Truth or Dare with Halle Berry and the parents that homeschool their kid giving him a full high school experience are great while things like the skit with Emma Stone and or Jason Sudeikis as Batman just oversold everything.

    It's Pat

Sweeney didn't even realize she had made the mistake with the kiss. She had always thought of the character as female, but went to great lengths to make it ambiguous just messed up that one time. She then admitted it as the cat was out of the bag at that point.

    It's Pat

At least now we now that Pat is a woman after Julia Sweeney mentioned it in an interview about how she took a feminine position when kissing Harvey Keitel in a sketch.

    Gangster Squad 2013

It's got decent action, but it goes overboard with trying to be a noir film. I still can't understand what type of accent Ryan Gosling was using and I'm amazed Nick Nolte can still talk after how much booze he's poured down his gullet. What's better is that it completely disregards history that can be discovered by a quick Google search, Mickey Cohen died in his sleep in 76, his boss Dragna wasn't assassinated but died of a heart attack in the 50s, and Nick Nolte's driver actually became Police Chief in the 70s all the way up to the Rodney King Riots.

    Space Jam (1996)

Holy shit the backgrounds. I forgot how bad the internet was in 96. I also like how it has a link to Mars Attacks!'s website which is so much more of a grownup/violent movie that should no way be link to a Looney Toons movie. Loved this movie as a kid. At least Murray knew what kind of movie he was in and had fun as he chewed scenery. I also loved how movies in the 90s would have a full soundtrack to complete the experience. I remember owning this soundtrack on cassette and liking the bulk of the songs. Most movies up to the 90s had the soundtracks made up of original songs which would get endless radio play time ex. "I Believe I Can Fly." Now soundtracks are just like those compilations you see advertised between soap operas on TV.

    Hansel and Gretel (2013)

That's what I always remember hearing about Hackman, though to be fair his last few movies haven't been the greatest so he probably can't ask for the paychecks that he was once used to. That or he has run out of wall space.

    Hansel and Gretel (2013)

I too liked Hitman, for as much as I can like a video game movie. They were pretty close to a sequel with a script being drafted and even some actors being ready to sign, but with out Mr. Olyphantastic, thanks Kevin Smith, the movie is pretty much D.O.A. for at least until Justified is still on the air.
