Aren't "full tard" and "full 90s Sandler" the same thing?

    Virtuosity (1995)

I will admit that I own all three of these movies as I love guilty pleasure movies. I was joking with a coworker today about how back when Mnemonic was made 32G was seen as a lot of memory and that a smart phone today has more power than the computer that controlled the nuclear defense system in War Games. And let's not forget the UFC fight in Virtuosity that looks more barbaric than the fights in Gladiator with people fighting inside and outside the cage and women with no tops cheering on everyone.
  3. Just checked, the dog was named Thorny. Unless Seth punched them both in the face.
  4. Was the dog named Krispie in the Finger Guns episode, I thought it had a different name?
  5. Please let this follow the trend of other Earwolf Presents episodes and have it become a regular podcast. This was fantastic.

    Battleship

Well it makes sense that the old ship still works. If fighter jets can still work after 1000 years as in Battlefield Earth, then the ships can still work from a just under a century ago.
  7. The kid definitely says "fag" when beating Booster, which is funny when you see blogs about that line and one person had written that because of the line his Christmas was ruined. Really? Jingle All the Way's homophobe kid ruined Christmas? Also I remember going to Universal Studios in the summer before this came out and they were still filming the final parade scenes there, so they put the whole setting in the backlot tour and made a BIG deal about it as if this was the second coming. And then for some reason my parents got me that shitty Turboman toy for Christmas. The thing was nearly immobile, shot little disks that got stuck in the launcher, and had a voice chip that spat out taglines in a voice from someone other that Arnold.
  8. There was a "Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash," it was just done in comic book form. It picked up a couple months after Freddy vs. Jason where the characters who lived through that go back to Crystal Lake to make sure Jason is dead. They die in the first couple of pages and it then moves on to Freddy trying to get back into power and Ash thinks Jason is a Deaddite. The book was popular enough to have a sequel which had cameos from a bunch of survivors from both Friday the 13th and Elm Street movies.

    Red Belt 2008

All things considered, this movie is one of the better MMA movies that came up during a slew of them including Fighting and Never Back Down ( two other HDTGM possibilities). The one thing I found ludicrous was that Tim Allen was an action star in the movie, TIM "SANTA CLAUS" ALLEN.

    xXx

Yeah they were Eastern European if I remember right, but with how loose they played with locations and people in this movie who knows. You had German metal band Rammstein in a concert in the beginning, then you have various European locations afterwards, so who knows. For all we know they are from Japan, either way it doesn't help make any sense of this shitty movie.

    Fateful Findings (2013)

Holy. Fuck. That is insane. My first question is if the main character is mentally challenged? And why if he was given powers as a child does he need to be hit by a car and have half his face badly bandaged as it looks like he is bleeding profusely through the dressing? I did like the quick cut to the guy blowing his head off and the shitty green screen at the steps of the capital, followed by canned laughter. This sounds like it was written by one of Billy Crystal's writing students from "Throw Momma From the Train."

    xXx

This movie was nuts. From the over-the-top stunts and how they completely ignored physics. Also, for a guy who has committed only what can be seen as misdemeanors or small felonies, he is blackmailed into joining this extreme agency or face copious jail time. And Anarchy 99 has to be the worst terrorist group name ever, "they want anarchy and were formed in 1999," real original.

    December 21st: "End of Days"

2012 hasn't had an episode yet but they did talk about it a little bit during the Godzilla episode. End of Days would be great as well, it tried to be a horror movie that ended up being an action movie that ended up being a redemption/religious movie starring Arnold. So many crazy things in that movie from Satan punching a hole through a guy's head, a albino who shatters like glass, and Satan kiss raping a woman while pulling her tit out in a restaurant before blowing the building up. Love this movie.

    Next (2007)

Yeah I was tempted to put spoiler, but no one saw this movie when it came out and I doubt the viewing numbers would grow too much. They never did explain why Biel made him have further premonitions or if they did it was too retarded for any sane person to catch. Tamahori seems to be a part of a long line of directors who had one or two huge movies and then shit the bed the rest of their careers, like Renny Harlin and Roland Emmerich. XXX State of the Union should definitely be done on the podcast as well. That thing sucked out loud, I didn't think they could make a crappier movie than XXX, but they could beat it with the supposed third one that has Vin Diesel return.

I Think You Might Like It

Christ that was nuts. When I had originally seen an article on that, I thought they were just in the video, not singing in it and doing shitty line dancing.

    Equilibrium (2002)

Sean Bean on screen in a major role = almost 70% of death. The only thing more certain is that the slut or black guy will be dead by the end of a horror movie.

    The 6th Day (2000)

Yeah he did have that look to him and he was also the bad guy from Ghost and the voice of Tarzan, gotta love character actors.

    Next (2007)

Did anyone else see this Nic Cage mindfuck in 2007? It was a bastardized adaptation of a Philip K. Dick story where Nic Cage has the power to see two minutes ahead into the future, the absolute worst super power ever. His power is enhanced when he is around Jessica Biel for no understandable reason and Julianne Moore is chasing after him to help him find a terrorist's bomb. If you guys were shocked by the ending of Breaking Dawn 2 and how it pulled the rug out from under you at the end, this movie beat it to the punch where the whole last half of the movie was all in Nic Cage's mind powers and hadn't happened yet.

    The 6th Day (2000)

Don't forget the eyelid tattoos and Arnold doing another version of "Those are my cookies" from Jingle All the Way when he says "He was smoking my cigars." Then there is the main bad guy's clone stripping the man he's a clone of even though the guy is still alive, does that make it masturbation since they are technically the same guy?

    Nineties Video Game Movies

Paul has mentioned that he is having John Lajoie come on and that he was wanting to to a Van Dam movie, so fingers crossed that it's Street Fighter. The first MK was a good movie in that it knew what its source material was at that time. Mortal Kombat had some backstory as to why the characters were fighting, but for the most part it was just a violent fighting game with various characters. By the time the second movie came out, the game developers had created such a mythology by the third game so the movie makers felt that they had to cram so much of that into an 1 1/2 hour movie, which worked on zero levels. It also didn't help in that only two of the original stars came back for the sequel (honestly, how do you replace Christopher Lambert with James Remar?). I agree that Uwe Boll is an easy target, though I could see them doing an episode on Alone in the Dark, as that may be his most infamous mainstream movie before he became a total joke in the movies that he was making. Another horrible game movie that could be done is Wing Commander which only got media attention because it was the movie that had the first trailer for Star Wars Episode 1, and even then the movie couldn't break even at the box office.

    Dreamcatcher (2003)

I also liked how Lewis would speak in an American accent for his main character but would have a super British accent when he was the alien. The British accent was super over the top which is funny as Lewis was British guy doing an American guy doing a British accent.

    Hard Ticket to Hawaii (1987)

Dude all of those Andy Sidaris movies are like that. He went from being a sports director who covered things like Monday Night Football and the 68 Summer Olympics to making these softcore porn action flicks. The series has like a dozen movies in it and features some character actors like Pat Morita, Danny Trejo, Erik Estrada, and even pro wrestlers. These movies were nuts in that the Playmates, Penthouse Pets, and porn stars were trying to play their roles straight but looked horrible and then totally went all in during their numerous sex scenes.
