What's this about the original Sheriff's appearance being a "bit gone bad" etc.? As many have already stated, it's an episode worthy uh..., surely among my all time favs, have listened to it so many times! Anyone has a link to the mention quoted above or Scott/James talking about how it went "wrong"? As far as I'm concerned that original episode was Earwolf's gold.

This episode was pure gold. I would not be surprised if the Sheriff of Nottingham broke into the Earwolf studio and stole it.

That would be Danny Mahoney from "Life of the Party, Inc." (1-800-COME-ON-NOW)! Can't believe neither Scott nor Andy picked up, besides the convoluted description—I was practically screaming at my laptop... I mean ok, it's ep. 14 back in 2009 but he was a guest in CBB TV season 1! I'm pretty sure he's in team hell though... Anyway, what I wanted to say is, when "to be continued" came up I crapped my pants. Can. Not. Wait.

I kid you not, first I heard the PFT off-mic-laughter™, then August said "we have a German director" and the I found myself knees on the floor, hands up in the air thanking the universe for the sound waves about to penetrate my ears. This podcast is made in (murderer) heaven.

I love how the preview does not include the slightest mention of U2. I don't care about U2 just like I didn't care about Phish and that's why I'll most likely enjoy the hell out of this! Adam Scott Aukerman chemistry is strong. If they pull a "fish" and start talking about Taxi Driver a few episodes in, all the better.

I've been waiting for this since the announcement. Woke up with so much anticipation. God damn it, it did not disappoint! PS. Extra bonus points for being in stereo. That fire could really warm my cold heart, if I weren't a cold blooded vampire that is.

I just want to say that it was a pleasure to listen to the trombone side of the WYR theme (I guess the recording mic was positioned near the left speaker). Kudos for your arrangement chops mr. Sondheim.

My birthday is in a few days and this is one of the most considerate birthday presents I've ever gotten. I feel so happy I could probably survive jumping out of earwolf's notorious 1st floor window (the one with the spikes you can't miss even during an assisted fall)!

I don't know if you guys realized that the whole Cake Boss (cake boss) / Chewbacca story is a reference to one of the early appearances of Cake Boss (cake boss) (ep.106, 2001), in which Buddy Velastro contacted the "other side" and talked to Chewie himself! Kudos to the guy who asked the question (monty ashley?) and of course to PFT for squeezing in that reference to that epic moment of yore—the man really knows his characters!

I just want to draw attention to the fact that Lord Webber used the phrase "British Empire and whatnot..." to introduced himself!

As I'm listening to this for the millionth time I decide to take a trip down forum lane and the overwhelming love for this episode makes me feel part of something amazing.
